He was running from place to place, rock to rock. Behind him were two large geckos, larger than a horse their tongue was 7 meters long and they constantly whipped it out towards him trying to catch him.
His lean frame allowed him to maintain his distance from the geckos. He ran across and leaped over a fallen tree. The island was big, how big? He did not know but big enough that it took more than one day to have one round around it and it's one round of running while being chased by geckos, anacondas and the worst human snake hybrids that had the brain of the snakes rather than humans.
He ran far away from the geckos, the dense forest that surrounded the mountain that held the cave was made up of all kinds of trees, irrespective of the biome or habitat. You could find oak, pine, peepal, and so on and so forth at the same place side by side. The trunks of the trees were unnaturally large.
He finally reached the cave again he wanted to just lay down and take rest. He entered the cave and found himself a spot clear of any sharp stones or cave animals. There, he fell back completely, not even trying to sit, he fell back.
He wanted to just end this dream. He did not know who he was, what he was, why he was here or any other questions that aroused in his mind. He wanted to end this madness. He wanted to be free from danger
He wanted to get of this godforsaken place.
