Because of this the few months of time that Yuuki Rito spent in the life with Conan plot characters is enough for the time outside to move really forward very quickly. These things have nothing to do with the Conon plot. Naturally they would not interfere with each other.
So there is no clash and there is no problem with time line entry and change settings. What Yuuki Rito has to do is to keep an eye out for the things carefully to enter into the plot at the right time to get what he wanted.
The best way to enter this plot is when Rock enters into the black lagoon team. You can say that it is a time of opening and a small window of opportunity. If it is before or after this things would not be as smooth as they appear to be.

She is quite pure in her thinking and Shinichi naturally attracted her because he is the protagonist and Yuuki Rito is just a side character. Well Yuuki Rito did not care and he does things as usual. Because he is doing part time jobs he would appear at odd times at home.
So no one actually caused trouble for him. But he did not look too haggard even after all these things because he is naturally handsome and he practices martial arts. So unlike others his body has strong physique compared to the pretty boy physique of Shinichi.
Unfortunately most young girls of this ear like those pretty boys. But the matured woman that is just few years older would love the guys with better physique. After all, this is the country that published most netorare novels.
