"Are you comfortable with your veil on Ash" Theron asks using the mind link.
Hearing her father's voice in her head she smiles
"Yes, I am father. I don't want people to see me before my wedding" She replies using the mind link.
For some reasons Asherah couldn't fully use the mind link to its full potential. She can only talk to a person at a time using the mind link as a half blood wolf while pure blood wolves could talk to more than five people using the link if they desire it.
Theron nods his head at her words.
"king Lucien do you still want to go ahead with the marriage alliance" Theron asks
"Yes. You can announce it. I also want the marriage preparations to start right away. We'll have our wedding this weekend. We can discuss other related matters in your study privately but of course you're free to join us, My Queen" Lucien says, staring at Asherah.
They all glance at Lucien. He was already addressing her as his queen when they are not yet married. Ophelia frowns. Did I get it all wrong? She ponders.
Smiling Ophelia says "King Lucien there's no need to rush things you only just got here today"
Lucien chuckles "I have kingdom affairs to handle Luna so it's wise to haste things up and yes prince Aiden I would love to have you join my private conversation with your royal father". He says with a smile.
Aldrin gives a curt nod to Lucien's request.
Aiden glances at Ash to see her picking on her food.
"My Queen, do you have any objections or contributions?" Lucien asks, staring at her.
She shakes her head "I…I will love my father to announce my upcoming marriage" she says still picking on her food in deep thought.
"May I have this dance my lady?" Aiden asks, offering his palms for her. Although he couldn't see her smile she smiles nonetheless placing her palm on his as she stands to her feet following Aiden to the dance floor.
Aiden and Asherah both dance along with the music as Aiden twirls her around.
"I never knew my little sister back then can pay to be such a good actress acting like you don't know me while I told you what made my heart ache. Congratulations Ash you've fooled me".
Asherah chuckles "I didn't want to fool you brother Aiden. It wasn't out of will. If I had told you I was the one you wouldn't pour out the things that made your heart ache. You would have kept it to yourself. Thanks, you made me prepare my heart ahead of what's to come".
Aiden smiles half heartedly "Seeing as the King addresses you even when you both are not yet married shows how trustworthy he is. Ash you are going to be a Queen you don't need to be silent when people say things that you don't like or it will just give your subjects reasons to try to refute and ride on you".
Asherah smiles "I'll keep that in mind brother". She knew he's talking about the time she had plainly ignored Amalthea but it wasn't a problem. I'm not ready to let out that mischief in me yet. I have a lot of things to figure out.
The music ends and they both walk back to their seats. Theron stands to address the pack, also informing them about the marriage alliance.
"It's my pleasure to see you all attend the mating ceremony to check out for your potential mates. On this note I'd like to announce the marriage of the first princess to the King of Dothan, King Lucien Vlad" Theron says.
Everyone claps. Theron could see the viable excitement on their faces for sending off his beloved daughter for the sake of a marriage alliance.
Raising his glass up in a toast the pack members also raise theirs.
"To the joyful days ahead" Theron says with his glass of wine hoisted up in the air. The crowd cheers echoing the words after him.
Theron returns to his seat seeing Asherah back from the dance floor with Aiden he offers his palms for a dance which she readily accepts.
After the Dance with her father she feels so exhausted sitting back on her chair.
Sensing a heated gaze on her she turns to her side to see Lucien intently staring at her. Her cheeks heats up with a little hue of pink on it. Why am I acting weird
