"What's your name, kiddo?" the ANBU member asked, approaching Bakugo.

—Katsuki Bakugo. And you, dark-circled? —Bakugo asked back.

"Itachi Uchiha," the ANBU replied.

"What a shitty name you have, kid. I don't even know why I'm asking you, haggard. The only thing that sets you apart from the rest of the extras is that you have a katana," Bakugo said, annoyed at putting a face to his savior. It was already irritating to owe his life to that useless Deku; now he had two useless people who had helped him without him even asking. "Don't think you saved me, haggard. I would have gotten through that without anyone's help."

"Hahahaha," Itachi laughed like he hadn't in a long time. It was an honest laugh, with nothing malicious in it.

"What are you laughing at now, you damn dark-circled man?" Bakugo asked, raising his fist threateningly.

—It's just nice talking to someone who doesn't know anything about my family, Katsuki Bakugo. Besides, what you're saying doesn't match your age. If someone heard you without seeing you, they'd think you were older than me. I find the contrast funny, —Itachi said.. —By the way, Katsuki. How old...? —Itachi was interrupted by Bakugo.

"Don't call me Katsuki, I'm not your friend," Bakugo cut him off.

"This is what I was referring to before," Itachi explained with a smile. "Your speech is like that of a 15 or 16-year-old."

"That haggard guy hit the nail on the head. This kid isn't like the others I've encountered. He's pretty sharp. I have to be careful with him," Bakugo thought, studying him with his eyes.

"How old are you, Bakugo?" Itachi asked with interest.

—In a month I'll be 6. —Bakugo lied,

He lied, partly because in his world he was 16, and partly because he didn't know the exact age at which the villain had fixed his body with her power. Analyzing the villain's words and after looking in the mirror, he calculated that that height corresponded to his past self of around 6 years old. But since he had previously told the Hokage that he was 5 years old, it would be better to say 5 years and 11 months. That way it would be harder for the people of this world to discover his lie. Bakugo feared above all things being admitted to a mental hospital because they would think he was crazy.

"I should have known. You're the same height as my little brother. He just turned 6 a few days ago," Itachi said thoughtfully. "Are you going to Konoha Academy with him?"

"Academy?" Bakugo asked.

"You know about the ANBU and not the Konoha Ninja Academy?" Itachi wondered.

"At the hospital, I only read the books I found interesting, which were about the Three Ninja Wars, where they mention the powerful ANBU, and the attack of the nine-tailed fox. I wasn't interested in any other books," Bakugo explained. "What's this academy crap, haggard?"

"The place where children learn to be ninjas. But to be admitted, you must meet a series of requirements: Love Konoha and want to help preserve its peace and prosperity; a mind capable of withstanding the hard training and work. And finally, be healthy in body and mind," Itachi recited from memory. "I'm not sure you'd be admitted."

—Baaah. What do I care? I'm not interested in being a stupid ninja. —Bakugo replied.

"If you don't want to be a ninja, then what do you want to be, Bakugo?" Itachi asked.

—A hero. But not just any hero. I want to be the greatest hero in the world! To be remembered as the hero who surpassed All Might! —Bakugo said excitedly.

"A hero? All Might?" Itachi looked at the little boy in confusion.

"Forget it," Bakugo replied, red-faced with embarrassment for having been so careless again. "I'm tired of talking to you. Be careful not to cut yourself with the katana, haggard."

"I hope to see you again, Bakugo," Itachi said with complete sincerity.

Bakugo didn't even bother to say goodbye. He figured he probably wouldn't see the dark-circled man again since he'd be back in his own world. Why bother?

But the young blond man was wrong... again. Two more months passed, and he remained in that strange ninja world. The only good news was that his new body was growing like his past self. At least he wouldn't be stuck in the body of a 5-6 year old forever. It was as if he'd taken a potion that had rejuvenated him by 10 years.

He could tolerate that; it was a nuisance, but not as much as still having no news from his world. Bakugo was starting to get really worried. But what could he do? He could only continue to trust that the heroes would rescue him.

Two months after their first encounter, on one of his morning walks, he ran into Itachi again. But unlike the first time, this time he wasn't wearing his ANBU uniform; he was wearing casual clothes. Furthermore, he wasn't alone; he was giving piggyback rides to a boy who looked similar to Itachi, but smaller, with shorter hair and no dark circles under his eyes.

—Bakugo! Long time no see, nice to see you! —Itachi said, smiling at the blond.

"Tsk. The feeling isn't mutual, haggard," Bakugo muttered, rolling his eyes and continuing on his way. He wasn't in the mood to talk to anyone.

"Niisan! Who is this kid, and why are you letting him talk to you so badly?" the boy Itachi was carrying asked contemptuously. Bakugo stopped in his tracks and clenched his fists in anger.

—He is... —but an angry Bakugo interrupted Itachi.

"Watch that tone, kid!" Bakugo said, pointing at him. "What are you doing letting that haggard man carry you like a sack of potatoes? Have you no dignity, or are you just a cripple?"

"I twisted my ankle, stupid!" the boy exclaimed, embarrassed by the blond's words.

"It's good to know you're not a cripple," Bakugo said, clenching his fists even tighter in anger at the boy. "You're just a retard who can't walk and hurts himself."

—BAKA (idiot)! —the dark-haired boy shouted.

"WHAT THE FUCK DOES THAT MEAN, BRAT?" Bakugo shouted, since even though he didn't know what baka meant, he assumed it wasn't something good.

"Bakugo, calm down," Itachi said. "Otooto (little brother), this is Katsuki Bakugo. He doesn't like being called by his first name, though. He's a kid I saved on my way back from my first ANBU mission!"

"I already told you, you didn't save me, haggard! I don't need anyone's help!" Bakugo retorted.

"You shouldn't have saved him, he's ungrateful," the boy said quietly, but not quietly enough since Bakugo heard him.

"Shut up, you retard!" Bakugo shouted. The raven-haired boy tried to kill the blond with his gaze.

"Hehe," Itachi said with a nervous smile and a drop of blood on his neck. "And Bakugo, this is my little brother. His name is Sasuke Uchiha."
