Ruby was born minutes before Chloe. The moment her father, Charles Williams, laid eyes on her white hair, he cast a disdainful look and immediately turned his attention to the other child coming. Once the second baby was born the named her Chloe minutes later, their elder brother Chris Williams comes in, seeing the baby with white hair disqusted him, the aunts and uncles as well as the grandparents come to congratulate Judith and Charles, they seem to ignore the white-haired baby. Then, the grandmother noticed the baby and carried her. Despite Chloe crying, the white-haired was colm. Grandmoteer Tina loved that. It also drew the attention of Uncle Jim. Ruby kept in contact with Granny Tida, Uncle Jimmy, and Abel.
