Synopsis
Rebirth. Betrayal. Second chances. Renata Nasir died young, betrayed by those she trusted and robbed of her future. Two hundred years later, she awakens in a world both familiar and alien, a rebirth that offers her a single, tantalizing choice: to succumb to fear and retreat—or to seize this chance and forge a destiny entirely her own. But the world she returns to is no ordinary one. Hidden powers stir within her veins, abilities so rare that even the strongest cultivators would envy them. Guided by a mysterious system designed to awaken her dormant potential, Renata must navigate a universe brimming with danger, deceit, and secret wars between forces far older and stronger than herself. Alongside allies she cannot yet fully trust, and facing enemies who may know more about her than she does, Renata discovers that the true battle is not only for survival—but for control of the threads of fate itself. Every decision, every risk, every heartbeat matters. One misstep could undo centuries of preparation; one triumph could reshape the cosmos. The Passage of Time is a story of resilience, cunning, and raw power—a tale of a young woman who must rise above betrayal, awaken the mysteries within, and face challenges that stretch across realms, worlds, and even time itself. Will Renata succumb to her past, or will she embrace her rebirth to become something far greater than anyone imagined? "Indeed, life is like cherry blossoms, it shows off its beauty every once in a while just for you to catch a quick glimpse of its majesty but alas how fleeting is such a moment. Fleeting as it may be, but at least rebirth is a possibility." AuroraMoon

Sleep Mode On...

The automated voice that Renata was hearing in her mind became silent, the digital screen in front of her only had those three words written, "Sleep Mode On." before it disappeared.

Renata remained dazed as she tried to process her current situation. "Did I not die?", she asked to no one in particular. After a few minutes, she slowly recalled what she had read on the digital screen.

As she tried to keep her composure, she slowly got up from her bed. She looked around her room, it was the same way it had been before she got married. Nothing had changed. She walked towards the free standing mirror, she looked healthy and youthful. Even though she died at a young age but she had lost her healthy and youthful appearance.

Even her black hair which had hints of white in it, a trait of the Nasir family; looked fuller and radiant. Before her death, her hair had turned completely white which symbolised the lose of vitality in her body and life, even her hazel eyes were full of light once again. Renata stared at herself for a while before sitting on the window seat to process everything.

Not only was she reborn but it took 200 years for the rebirth to take place, she was back to the age of 19. She still was not sure what this meant nor how it happened let alone what that digital screen and automated voice was, "It seemed to be some form of system but strangely enough it updated itself after giving little details on what was happening." Renata mumbled to herself, as she stared off to the distance.

"Ah!" Renata let out a scream. She could not believe her eyes, as she saw a flying animal in the sky and if her eyes were not fooling her it looked like a giant eagle with a tail. "Wait... I have seen this in fantasy movies, is that... a griffin?" Her head was spinning with the information overload. What a useless system, she thought to herself.

"I need to lie down. This is too much."
