Chapter 1 - Chapter 1 : The Pilot

The sky was red today as if nature itself was angry with what was happening. Amar Detron, one of the princes of the Datron family, was standing in front of a sealed cave.

Today was a day that everyone would remember. It was the year 1859, and Amar Shiranga, one of the princes of the Shiranga family, was standing in front of a cave that had been sealed from the world. Amar looked at the cave and thought of all the things that had happened to him.

Amar was a member of the protectors of Earth. When the gods left Boolak and went to Devalok, they blessed eight people and gave them the responsibility of protecting the Earth from threats. The protectors took their roles seriously and started clans to preserve Dharma in Boolok.

Amar was a descendant of one of the protectors. He was the heir of the Shiranga clan but had lost to his brother in the competition to become the head of the clan. His brother had defeated him in the competition, and after losing, Amar could not bear the loss. His greed for power had brought him to this place.

When he was little, he read a book about the secrets of the universe, written by their clan's first protector, Shiranga. Most of the pages of the book had been destroyed, but some still contained valuable information. His father, the clan leader, was very close to him and broke the taboo of not sharing the details with anyone else, believing that Amar was the only one worthy of leading the clan. That was a mistake, as this place was forbidden according to the book. Even a leader was not supposed to come anywhere near it.

This was a black zone, a place protected by the guardians because they did not want anyone to find it, even by accident. But today, after many yugas, someone wanted to break the seal. Amar could not understand the language of the seal, but he still wanted to break it as he had nothing to lose. He broke open the seal by taking out the trident from its place.

After breaking the seal, the sky turned red, showering rain with thunder like never before. The air itself created a vacuum, and a tornado began to form. But even after witnessing all this, Amar stood his ground and pushed the door open.

Amar was trained in ancient yoga, developed since the time of Satya Yuga. Ancient yoga had been refined for ages, and Amar had reached the third state of yogic power, where he could feel the world's presence—the Almighty's presence. He could feel the anger in the air but still proceeded into the cave, as he had nothing to lose except his soul.

As Amar entered the cave, he could see only darkness. Even his powerful soul and eyes could not see through it. For the first time since reaching the first stage, he was unable to perceive the darkness. Fear gripped him. This was not normal darkness—he could feel its corruption seeping into his soul. It was corrupted air. Despite this, he started walking into the darkness. Amar felt uncomfortable, but he knew that the corruption would take time to take full effect—enough time for him to explore the cave.

When Amar discovered this place, he believed it contained a powerful Astra from the Satya Yuga, stored away for use in dire circumstances. Any Astra from that time was immensely powerful, and if all the clans were protecting this place, it had to be either a weapon of immense power or an artifact of destruction that could not be destroyed.

He had his doubts before, but after seeing the corrupted air, Amar confirmed that this was no treasure to safeguard but rather a prison—created to ensure that something or someone could never escape. As he walked deeper into the cave, he could feel the increasing concentration of the corrupt air, but he remained unfazed. He also began to suspect that this cave might be a gateway connecting Paatal with Earth, which was why it had been sealed.

Amar knew that what he had done could lead to the extinction of humans on Earth, but he felt no remorse. What was done was done. Whatever was inside would either make him a god of Earth or kill him.

As Amar walked briskly, he saw many drawings. The first drawing depicted a man kneeling before a king, receiving an order. As he continued, he saw more drawings showing the same man following orders, participating in wars, and gaining more and more power. His ranks increased with each battle he fought. After observing these drawings for some time, Amar concluded that the drawings were not about the king but about this man.

A little further ahead, he saw a drawing where the man had discovered something and went to inform the king. In the next drawing, the king arrived at this place, laughing maniacally. Seeing the king's mad laughter, Amar suspected that whatever was found must have been a treasure, later locked away for safekeeping. After this, there were no more drawings—only a single passage leading deeper into the cave.

Amar kept walking, but the cave seemed endless. He wandered for more than two months before realizing that this was not a passage but a trap—a labyrinth designed to confuse those who entered. Amar had reached a stage where he no longer needed food like a normal human; the air itself was enough to sustain him for some time.

Despite everything, Amar's determination only grew stronger. He refused to give up. After two months of continuous walking, he was exhausted and needed rest urgently, but his will remained strong. He pressed on with resilience and stubbornness.

Perhaps his determination was guiding him because, after some time, he heard a faint chanting.

At first, he thought he was hallucinating due to the Corrputed air, but soon he realized it was real. He moved toward the source of the chanting. As he drew closer, the sound became clearer, and finally, he could understand the words.

The chant was: "Om Namah Shivaya."
