Synopsis
When Gods Descent arrived, the world stopped belonging to humanity. Billions were dragged into a deadly system game where monsters roamed freely, levels determined survival, and failure meant death. Levon survived longer than most. He fought through countless trials, witnessed the descent of gods, and stood at humanity’s final battlefield… only to be betrayed and killed at the moment victory seemed possible. But death was not the end. He opened his eyes thirty minutes before Gods Descent began. This time, he remembers everything. The tutorial massacre. The hidden missions. The players destined to rise… and those fated to fall. When talents awaken, powerful abilities appear everywhere — elemental masters, bloodline holders, and legendary fighters. And Levon awakens something the system itself struggles to define. SSS Talent — 『100% Mutated Drops』 Every enemy he kills drops everything it possesses. Every reward evolves beyond its original limits. Every battle becomes an opportunity for impossible growth. While others rely on luck… Levon forces evolution itself. But Gods Descent is more than a game. Seasons advance. Judgments descend. Ding! [You have obtained a Mutated Reward.] [Hidden Evolution Path Detected.] [Ascension Candidate Identified.]

Chapter 1 - God Decent Begins!!!

slash

Levon took a step backward; there was chaos. The dead bodies of humans carpeted the floor, covering it totally. Blood flowed in endless streams as the sound of blades and weapons covered the air.

Levon was caught deep by the celestial entity in front of him; he stepped back slightly, his legs trying to buckle as he desperately kept himself standing

[Being - an angel]

[combat power - 30299]

Levon froze in shock; that was extremely powerful. He doubted if any human could come close.

But Levon right now couldn't care less; he had been betrayed by the guild he fought for, and everyone close to him had either betrayed him or was dead.

As angels and other celestial entities kept descending, the picture became clearer.

There was absolutely no way to survive this, so why not go all out? Why not give your best?

Levon began throwing thunder balls from his hands as he charged into the angel with brute force, his sword glowing with thunder magic.

But just before he could strike, he was met with a distant surprise: the angel had vanished straight into thin air.

Still in shock, Levon turned around to realize that the little time he spent shocked was already enough for all the creatures to surround him. Both legendary being bosses and corrupted humans were gathered around him.

Levon began slashing rapidly without thinking as he tore down multiple monsters at once.

Thunder balls lightened the sky with each blast; hundreds of creatures fell to the ground, but it was nearly enough.

He kept fighting despite the fact that he knew he wasn't leaving here alive; his resolve was still all high. He kept fighting, blasting several bolts with one hand and cutting down more monsters with the sword in the other hand.

Soon enough he lost his left hand; the monsters were just too much. He couldn't even help it, and soon he was overpowered. His body failed despite the fact that his spirit was still ablaze.

Levon collapsed to the floor, his breath staggered as he looked up to catch the face of the same angel that he had seen some moments ago.

The angel smiled and waved him off as the monsters charged and engulfed it.

[Congratulations, you are one of the only humans who have been chosen for God's ascent. Please, we seek your approval to get started.]

Levon opened his eyes in shock. He couldn't believe it. He jolted off his bed. He just couldn't understand. Had he regressed?

Levon quickly moved to his center table where his phone rested; he picked up the phone to check the date.

22 January 2135

Levon froze in shock and disbelief; he had actually regressed, but there was no time to celebrate. He checked the time; it was 11:30 pm.

That left only 30 minutes for God Descent to premiere.

Levon quickly dressed up in his hoody and moved out of the room; he remembered the round of events clearly.

This was the eve of the apocalypse; only a few hundred million out of the billions on earth were chosen for the game.

A few meters away was a shop for homemade utensils. He approached the shop and quickly purchased a kitchen knife.

He made sure to check the sharpness of each of the blades before purchasing the two sharpest he could find. As he rushed back to his apartment, it was already 3 minutes from the time the notification screen had its countdown.

All this while it has never left his face. Without thinking much, Levon quickly clicked the yes button on the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.

[Congratulations on being enrolled into God's descent. Now please carry on to pick any weapon of your choice.] Without thinking, Levi quickly picks up the two knives and clicks on the continue button below the screen.

[Congratulations, you have finally picked a weapon. Now wait for the countdown: 10, 9, 8…] Levon calmly stared at the screen as the countdown began to count globally.

Whoosh

Levon appeared in the familiar white void that stretched to infinity. Everyone was visible to each other, and the panic was real. It was real; no one knew what was going on.

[Welcome players to the universal god descent. Check your stats board to see your talent.] a voice rippled through the void as loud as it could be without anyone being in sight.

Everyone quickly began trying to open up the system space; after a tussle, everyone could finally see their talents.

"Oh my god, I have awakened an A-ranked talent. Oh my god," someone screamed in excitement.

"Whoa, it's rank here. We go, baby."

"Damn D-ranked trash, someone get me the corpse." More and more comments exploded in the void. Everyone had already begun talking to one another like they had met in childhood, as the excitement of their newly awakened skills and the curiosity of what is to come filled the air.

But Levi knew not to celebrate just yet; in less than ten minutes, more than 10 million humans would die unavoidably.

Levon got eyes all around since everyone was associating apart from him, but that didn't matter; he quickly opened up his system space.

Levon quickly clicked on the stats button; he was in no hurry to check his talents. Even if he had an F-ranked talent, he could try his best to survive. Yh, it was Berserk, an F-rank talent. Almost certainly, it meant he would have to double down hard to survive.

But low stats at this point almost certainly meant death. Although everyone started in an almost even position, a very few people started with combat strength at zero. This was a very tough way to start the game; in fact, 90 percent of the time it meant death.

Well, all his stats were above the normal threshold, and luck—well, most players didn't even have it on their system stats. Now that he was satisfied with the stats, he decided to check the legendary talent section.

In his past life, he had awakened the thunder essence. It was quite good but wasn't as good as he would have liked since it limited the number of skills he could learn.
