Min laughed as the conversation got completely sidetracked. They were not even thinking about the rings anymore, though the Elder had put payment on the counter for one.
She pushed the ring into his hand, and the Elder's mind turned back to the task at hand.
"Right. The rings. Obviously, you can make more. How many can you make? We have thousands of warriors who need rings."
Karl sighed. He knew that was coming, there were too many warriors everywhere.
Even in the Immortal Worlds, it was all warriors all the time.
What Karl didn't know was that it was so much worse here. Everyone focused on combat skills because travel was so dangerous. So, there were basically no options chosen by most of the population but melee combat classes and mages.
Even Clerics were a rare option, unless they were dragons of the Pantheon races.
