Yami stood before the last entrance in the dungeon. It wasn't like the others in the way that it was gigantic and had upon it etched out symbols that had a supernatural sheen.
He exhaled and let his shoulders fall back. "Okay. Lets get out of here."
The door creaked open hesitatingly pushing forcefully at his shoulder creaking in soft whisper to open a stairway upwards.
For the first time since she had come to in this place, Yami saw something other than shadows.
A tiny ray fell upon them.
His steps creaking as he stood up, the air changed—heavy and stale no longer. He had not previously known how thickly and oppressive the dungeon had been.
Then, with one final stroke
He emerged in the world.
Blinding light struck his face and he flinched. The scent of grass and wood and open space swept in and struck him.
He stood at the entrance to a vast cavern, gazing down upon a thick emerald forest stretching out to the distant horizon.
A blue expanse opened above, studded with white clouds.
Yami whistled thoughtfully. "Okay… this is really a isekai."
Before he could admire the scenery some more--
