[Achievement Unlocked: Into The Unknown]
"Huh?" I blinked, having just lit my first Nether Portal. Ever since arriving in this lonely world, I've felt strangely at peace. It's like I was on peaceful... err, easy difficulty. There were mobs at night, yes, but not a lot, and not that strong either.
To put it simply, they moved like they would in the game, but looked a bit more real. Still blocky, though, kids wouldn't even cry at the sight. Anyway, I was still learning things, but the start is always easy.
I made a starter house, with a flat roof and rectangular walls, made of wood planks and cobblestones—and by the way, it looks humongous. That's what happens when you have an abundance of logs and cobblestone, I guess. It doesn't help that each block is basically one cubic meter.
Does it make sense? Not exactly. Do I care? No! It's Minecraft! With some... realism attached.
Starter house aside, after getting a bed and sleeping for hours on end, I finally went to a nearby cave. Unlike in the game, torches here weren't indefinite, and you needed a flint and steel to light it. Or a nearby fire source.
To not get lost, I crafted signs to label where the exit was, and before I knew it, my inventory carried a whole bunch of iron and copper, as well as a bit of gold. Not to mention, I found a lava pool at the deepest part of the cave.
Weirdly, it wasn't hot near the lava pool, but once I touch it, it burned like a motherf—ahem. I was an idiot. Making a bucket was easy enough, so I made a full fourteen buckets and scooped every last bit of the lava.
I heard the latest update allowed you to farm these stuff, but, the nether was already full of it. Plus, I wanted gold, and the nether had an abundance of it. I wanted to build a golden throne, who didn't?!
That was the plan, but...
"What the hell is this?" I scratched my head. As if answering me, a panel appeared in front of me, blurry at first, until it cleared up.

"I only have one option, no?" I furrowed my brows, subconsciously raising my finger and pressing the (???) option. Big mistake.

I looked behind me, my house waving innocently.
Maybe I shouldn't have built this thing right in front of my base, huh? Besides, what in the world is "Shinobi no Sekai"?! I can only read English!
