Nine Years Later.
It's been nine years since Gilgamesh reincarnated into this world.
Nine years since Gilgamesh met Sebas and summoned Enkidu.
These years have been highly productive for Gilgamesh.
He trained extensively, both in the use of [Gate of Babylon] and other abilities.
He also learned various fighting styles from Sebas.
The butler was a sadist when it came to training—it was every day from morning to night.
Sebas taught Gilgamesh everything he could.
From how to use different types of magic like Norse and Fairy magic to Shinto magic, including creating barriers and a wide variety of support spells.
Sebas taught him how to fight and survive in any situation, always finding an advantage on the battlefield.
Enkidu also greatly helped Gilgamesh evolve and master the [Gate of Babylon].
Not just firing random weapons but using them individually and analyzing which weapon was ideal for each situation.
Gilgamesh gained such mastery and weapon skills that he didn't rely solely on his [Weapon Proficiency] skill.
He also started a competition with Enkidu, where the Weapon of the Gods won most battles, not only due to greater experience but also their abilities.
Sebas classified Enkidu as a Celestial Dragon-class being, as Enkidu could freely enhance their physical parameters.
Not to mention their Noble Phantasm, which was capable of matching Gilgamesh's Enuma Elish, with the impact of their powers described as "if the world were created seven times and destroyed seven times."
But these years weren't just about training.
Gilgamesh also traveled extensively around the world.
Both the human world and other Factions.
Though he discovered something that bothered him.
It seemed that in this world, the name Gilgamesh carried significant weight, to the point of being hunted.
Gilgamesh lost count of how many times Fallen Angels and Demons appeared trying to kill or enslave him.
From what he gathered, when Gilgamesh was alive, he was an absolute monster in this world, someone feared by both God and the original Maou.
Even after his death, he was recognized as the "Strongest Mortal" who ever lived.
The [Gate of Babylon] was also highly coveted by various beings, including Gods.
Gilgamesh was certain this was the work of the Goddesses.
Gilgamesh also learned how levels were roughly divided in this world.
Levels 1 to 5 were generally humans.
Of course, there were exceptions like Vasco Strada and Cao Cao.
It would be fair to say this was the level of humans unaware of the supernatural world.
Levels 5 to 15 were typically Low-Class beings.
Levels 15 to 25 represented Middle-Class beings.
Levels 25 to 50 were High-Class beings.
Levels 50 to 70 were Ultimate-Class beings.
Levels 70 to 90 were Maou-Class beings.
Levels 90 to 100 were God-Class beings.
Even so, it went beyond that—for example, Sirzechs was said to have surpassed level 100.
In truth, battles couldn't be entirely decided by levels, as experience, attributes, and especially each individual's skills played a significant role.
A good example was Gilgamesh, who, despite not being level 100, could fight and even defeat Sirzechs, who was above level 100, due to his abilities.

Though I have many skills, each one is highly useful and has its moment.
[Name: Hellblaze]
- Level: Max
- Type: Active
- Rarity: Super Rare
- MP Cost: Varies
- Description: Hellblaze is a dark and mysterious power connected to the Demon Clan. It allows the user to generate and control black flames that cannot be extinguished. In addition to its immensely devastating power, the flames also nullify any regenerative abilities, including those of an immortal.
[Hellblaze] is a skill from the Demon Clan in *Seven Deadly Sins*, and it's undoubtedly very useful, especially because it can nullify any kind of regeneration, though its ability to never extinguish reminds me of [Amaterasu] from *Naruto*.
[Name: Conqueror's Haki]
- Level: Max
- Type: Active
- Rarity: Super Rare
- MP Cost: Varies
- Description: Haoshoku Haki is a rare form of Haki that cannot be obtained through training. Only one in several million people has this ability. This type of Haki allows the user to exert their willpower over others. It is said that those who possess this type of Haki have the qualities of a king.
This type of Haki grants the user the ability to dominate the wills of others. The most common use shown in the series so far is to exert the user's willpower over those with weak wills, rendering them unconscious. While inexperienced users are restricted to simply overpowering the will of one individual or blindly knocking out weak-willed people around them, those with more expertise can pick out weak-willed individuals in a large group and knock them out without affecting others.
However, those with stronger wills can resist or even ignore the effects of Haoshoku Haki. The ability to knock someone out depends on the difference in strength between the person using Haki and the person or people the user is trying to knock out. The greater the power gap, the easier it is to knock out the victim.
Honestly, one of the most useful skills, not only for dominating others' wills but also for its applications.
And of course, the King of Heroes should have [Conqueror's Haki].
[Name: Armament Haki]
- Level: Max
- Type: Active
- Rarity: Super Rare
- MP Cost: 0
- Description: Busoshoku Haki is a form of Haki that allows the user to use their spirit to create, in essence, an invisible armor around themselves, providing potentially incredible offensive and defensive capabilities.
This type of Haki grants the user an enhancement of their body through their own spiritual energy, allowing them to access a significant increase in power and endurance. For this reason, this Haki is the most used in combat. It is often referred to as "invisible armor." The most basic ability this Haki grants is an enhancement of power and endurance. It can be used on a single part of the body or the entire body.
An evolved stage of the enhancement technique. A strong concentration of this Haki can harden the user's body, granting a greater increase in power and endurance, surpassing mere enhancement. It is the most distinct and recognizable Haki, as it turns the user's body glossy black. The strengthening effect of this technique can easily block sword attacks and even break them if the user is strong enough. Another evolved stage of the enhancement technique allows the user to imbue an object with their Haki, greatly increasing its power and endurance.
[Armament Haki] is extremely useful on its own, capable of increasing defensive power, endurance, and even attacks. It's also very versatile—for example, if I imbue it into a sword, it increases its cutting power.
[Name: Observation Haki]
- Level: Max
- Type: Active
- Rarity: Super Rare
- MP Cost: 0
- Description: Kenbunshoku Haki is a form of Haki that allows the user to sense the presence of other people, even if they are hidden or too far to be seen naturally.
The most common use of this Haki allows the user to sense the presence of others. Rayleigh states that mastering this skill would allow the user to see others, even if they are hidden or far away. When viewed this way, the user cannot see the person with physical characteristics but rather recognizes them by the "aura" that forms as a light silhouette against a dark background.
The user can also use this Haki to predict an opponent's movements shortly before they make them. This prediction appears to the user as an image or brief "premonition" of what the opponent will do and the damage the user will take if hit. It seems that the more killing intent the enemy has, the easier they are to predict. However, more skilled users can predict future movements whether there is killing intent or not. If trained enough, the user can see slightly into the future.
[Observation Haki] is another highly useful skill, as it allows you to sense others' presence and even glimpse the future in battle.
Even Fujitora, who was blind, could fight normally thanks to this Haki.
[Name: Emperor's Eye]
- Level: Max
- Type: Passive
- Rarity: Rare
- MP Cost: 0
- Description: The Emperor's Eye can see the smallest details of a person's movements, including breathing, heartbeat, sweat, muscle contractions, etc., that they attempt to execute. All offenses are predicted in advance, and all defenses crumble before its eyes. In short, it can "see the future of an opponent's movements."
I admit I bought this skill on impulse, as it pairs well with my eyes.
But another point is that it's a passive skill, so it's always active, giving me a significant advantage. Combining it with [Observation Haki] is extremely powerful.
Also, what the hell was the author thinking, putting an eye capable of seeing the future in a basketball anime?
[Name: Elemental Magic]
- Level: Max
- Type: Active
- Rarity: Super Rare
- MP Cost: Varies
- Description: The user employs a form of magic that allows them to cast spells to conjure and control the elements of nature, be it the four main elements (water, earth, fire, air) or secondary elements like light and shadows. Their spells can take the form of various types of attack or defense based on these elements, acquiring an extremely versatile magical arsenal.
This skill is undoubtedly useful. Although I have my Longinus capable of controlling the weather and its attributes, I also learned elemental magic to use on a smaller scale and to avoid using my Longinus all the time, which could raise suspicion.
[Name: Light Magic]
- Level: Max
- Type: Active
- Rarity: Rare
- MP Cost: Varies
- Description: The user can utilize magical abilities to generate and manipulate light through a series of spells and enchantments, simulating the gifts of a photokinetic. They can use their magical light as a tool for both utility and combat, gaining a vast range of possibilities with it.
This magic is also very useful. With it, I can move at high speeds and manipulate light for various purposes, such as creating a large number of light spears to rain down on my enemy. Plus, it has a holy attribute, making it very effective against demons and dark beings.
[Name: Darkness Magic]
- Level: Max
- Type: Active
- Rarity: Rare
- MP Cost: Varies
- Description: This type of magic allows the user to utilize darkness, gaining a wide range of abilities. Darkness magic is the complete opposite of light magic, both in speed and attribute. Another feature of this magic is its ability to absorb other types of magic.
I acquired this magic because it also has great capabilities, primarily its ability to nullify other magics. I usually imbue it into my swords to increase their cutting and destructive power.
[Name: Divine Magic]
- Level: Max
- Type: Active
- Rarity: Super Rare
- MP Cost: Varies
- Description: The user can use divine magic to perform various feats, such as creating, destroying, and reconstructing anything, and even distorting reality. This type of magic is typically used by transcendent/divine beings or those related to such beings. Some users may use this power for evil purposes.
This magic is possible because I'm a demigod. With it, I can perform various feats and enhance the power of my magics, for example, by adding a divine attribute to the flames of my Longinus.
[Name: Magic Negation]
- Level: Max
- Type: Passive
- Rarity: Mega Rare
- MP Cost: Varies
- Description: The user can nullify and eradicate any type of magic, as well as its derivatives, such as powers stemming from mysticism (e.g., teleportation), spells, curses, etc. They can reduce or even neutralize the effects of magical artifacts and potions, as well as weaken or disperse magical constructs. Powerful users can even negate the influence of magical fields in a given area.
This skill is useful because it allows me to nullify magic at a certain distance, enabling me to counter a wide variety of abilities.
I also know other magics like [Norse Magic], [Shinto Magic], and how to create barriers and various other spells thanks to Sebas.
Looking to the side, I see Enkidu sitting on the car's bench.
We're currently in Italy, on a trip.
My father had called me to one of his meetings, which I sometimes help with, as I'm his successor.
My relationship with my parents is very good, though I rarely see them.
My relationship with Sebas has also grown to the point where I consider him family.
With Enkidu, I also have a great friendship, whether through our battles or training.
To say Enkidu was happy with this world would be an understatement. Enkidu truly loved it here, especially traveling and trying new foods.
One trip I remember was when we went to Norway, where there were some magical grimoires I was interested in. Since the [Gate of Babylon] contains all the world's treasures in the *Fate* universe, in the *DxD* universe, there are many interesting things, especially since the Age of Gods never ended.
During that trip, we encountered a dragon living there.
Needless to say, it wasn't happy with our intrusion. When I was about to talk to it, Enkidu, with a great gleam in their eyes, said they'd handle it, so Sebas and I continued our investigation.
Some time later, Enkidu came to us dragging the dragon, its neck wrapped with a chain like a pet, while the dragon muttered something like, "Please save me from this monster," and other things like that.
It was hard to convince Enkidu to give up the idea of keeping the dragon as a pet.
"Are you okay, Gil?" Enkidu asks from beside me, pulling me out of my thoughts.
I turn to them and smile.
"Yeah, I was just lost in thought," I say to them, and they smile back.
Currently, Enkidu was wearing a white long-sleeved shirt, a jacket over it, pants, and blue sneakers.
I'll admit it was very hard to get Enkidu to stop wearing their usual outfit, as it's not common to see someone dressed like that.
It usually resulted in Enkidu running away, with Sebas and me chasing after them.
Looking to the side, I see Enkidu staring seriously in a direction.
"What's wrong?" I ask.
"I sense a large accumulation of energy two kilometers from here," says Enkidu, who has great tracking abilities.
My eyes widen.
"Sebas, head in that direction," I say to Sebas, who's driving the car.
"Yes, sir," says the butler, heading toward the energy source.
**Some Time Later.**
After parking the car near a forest, Sebas, Gilgamesh, and Enkidu moved at great speed through the forest terrain, appearing as mere blurs.
When they reached the energy source, they couldn't help but be shocked.
There were piles of bodies—Fallen Angels, Demons, and even humans—stacked everywhere, and atop them stood a massive lion.
It was a giant lion with a jewel on its forehead, standing about four to five meters tall.
"A lion!" Enkidu exclaimed with a great gleam in their eyes, a gleam Gilgamesh recognized.
"Young master, that is…" Sebas said, surprised.
"Exactly, that's one of the thirteen Longinus, the Lion King [Regulus Nemea]," said Gilgamesh, to everyone's surprise.
Gilgamesh knew what it was; it was indeed the Longinus [Regulus Nemea].
If Gilgamesh remembered correctly, the previous master of Regulus had been killed by a suspicious group, so the Longinus materialized as a giant lion and killed everyone until Sairaorg Bael appeared and tamed it.
This could only mean one thing.
Regulus's master was dead, and the Longinus had gone berserk.
Snapping out of his thoughts, Gilgamesh saw the Longinus about to attack two people.
"Let's go!" Gilgamesh shouted, charging forward with Sebas and Enkidu.
Taking the lead, Gilgamesh advanced and clenched his fist, which hardened and gained a metallic black sheen as [Armament Haki] activated.
