Just Collecting money was good for him, as after his wife died, he was able to retire and help her non-profit youth center. Wartarall, that had the Species called the Faye. And Daburg, Which was ruled by the humans. War between the 3 nations just didn't happen. And besides the people who were deep into debt that. couldn't pay back by a specific time, and criminals Who killed, - slaves were otherwise not allowed. Slaves had good treatment throughout the continent because the Kings ruled so Many generations ago. In the ruling they specified that the criminals need a binding slave Contract so they would not kill again, not by themselves or through another.
The book described that the duke's son was the start of the War. He invited the nobles over after being in cahoots with. When Rigel finished the book finally it had been a year in the hospital. He had been reading it for 4 months, and during those 4 months his health was getting worse.
