Rye did not have anything suitable for the dungeon raid. In his regular clothes. A tunic, over it he wore a vest and a pair of pants to match.
They walked to the outskirts of town where their teammates were waiting.
"This is Uvil, my team leader," Yash introduced a muscular man a little shy of five feet. He was on an even flashier armor than Yash.
Rye knew he was their tank just by looking at him. A burgundy armor with a shield to match.
He had heard stories and songs about him but this was the first time meeting him in person. Naturally, he was a fun guy but kept his composure.
"And this is Brav," Yash then pointed at a six-foot-five man. Bear chested with circle tattoos from his chest to his back around each arm.
'No way Brav or No way Monk, raised by dwarves in a monastery. He refuses to choose a path earning him the nickname No way monk. Though human he classifies himself as a dwarf. The coolest of the Heroes of Fel,' Rye thought.
Finally, Yash pointed at a four-foot girl with pigtails. She had on a purple flared mini dress and a staff.
"This is Godmother, our healer," Yash said and she extended her star. Rye hesitated before grabbing it and shook it.
'Godmother, there were rumors that she is a fairy. She is the glue that holds this unusual party together. Healing and providing buffs and debuffs…,'
Not giving him a chance to finish his thought. Juvita started an introduction of her own.
"Meet my party, Bodkins, this is our leader, Arrow," Juvita said pointing to a much skinnier man compared to Uvilus. Behind him was a quiver filled with arrows and a short bow.
Arrow nodded in acknowledgment.
She then pointed at another man, who had two curved blades behind him. All he had for armor was a chest plate fastened onto a leather vest.
"This is Bane," Juvita said, and he nodded at Rye just like Arrow.
"Our priest, Oh," Juvita turned towards a woman in a priest's gown with a buzzcut. She just looked at Rye with a blank stare.
The last person on her team was also female. She had her hair dropped over her face. She wore a dress that covered every part of her body. Ironically, Juvita introduced her as Face.
After the pleasantries, they set off to the Aurora Dungeon. Which was two towns away from them.
"I have got a carriage that will take us to Pen," Uvilus said as they walked down a slope.
"That's great, So where is it?" Godmother asked.
"Down in the valley," Uvilus pointed down the path.
"Really? Why did you not let it pick us up? It is a long way down," Godmother went on.
"It is actually an escort job. We are to accompany a merchant to Pen," Uvilus explained calming the God mother down. The Heroes of Fel sang song as the descended the hill.
The Bodkins on the other hand stayed silent for the most part.
'Is this what I need right now? Going to a dungeon in nothing but my regular clothes? Maybe I will buy some gear in the next town,' Rye thought as they walked walked down the hill.
