Chapter 20 - Chapter 20 Paper

"You really can't underestimate them, huh."

Kaisen held the Enchanting Table in front of him, looking it over, then casually picked up the quill on the desk, pulled off the book on top of the Enchanting Table, and replaced it with a Runes magic book he had copied from the Library.

After studying for a while, he successfully selected a magic enchantment that would make the quill never run out of ink.

"Awesome, awesome! I just need to provide the results, and the principles can be homework for the students. How is this not a mutual journey and double progress?"

Kaisen was astonished by the talent of the Hogwarts Little Wizards and unhesitatingly gave the fourth-year students an 'O' for their regular assessment.

So...

"So, I remember some poet once said, 'Do not go gentle into that good night.' Please forgive me for not knowing what that line truly means, as my literary cultivation is truly not very good. However, I think that line can be slightly altered."

"Do not go into the exam room unprepared. So, seventh-year Little Wizardss, today is our first meeting. Please answer the Alchemy paper in front of you."

"Frankly speaking, although I haven't been in the field for long, I do have a little reputation in the Alchemy circle. The papers I mark with an 'O' are very valuable, you know."

Kaisen showed none of the friendliness he displayed towards the third and fourth years, but instead revealed an unnamable smile of exam-oriented education.

"Forgive me, I also really want to take you to experience the wonders of Alchemy creations, but you are already in your seventh year. I remember you seem to have a final Wizard level exam, right? So don't blame me."

As Kaisen's words fell, there were not many wails from the Little Wizards below; they just quickly took out their quills and wrote furiously.

Kaisen was not idle either. He pulled out the fourth-year assignment, that small Enchanting Table, from his storage ring, which he had crafted from a miniature Ender Chest.

He also pulled out a stack of parchment. His draft was already prepared; all that was left was to write it onto the parchment.

More than ten pages of parchment were filled with essays detailing the profound principles of the Enchanting Table that the Little Wizards had replicated. He decided to mail them, along with the replicated Enchanting Table, to the European Alchemical Exchange Association. Their Alchemy publications were always at the pinnacle of Alchemy.

Moreover, they were very willing to include innovative Alchemy achievements researched by talented Little Wizards.

Next, he only needed to wait until the next class he taught them, the fourth-year students, to have them sign their names on the paper. This not-so-responsible Professor would then have made a small contribution to his students.

Soon, the papers were handed in. Kaisen did not grade them immediately, but instead checked his watch; there were five minutes left.

Continuing the lecture was not feasible, but he could give a small preview for his next class.

"Have you seen the newly upgraded Iron Golems at Hogwarts? Some people like to call them Iron Knights."

The seventh-year Little Wizards no longer possessed that clear foolishness, but instead a foolish shrewdness and impatience that came with being on the verge of leaving the ivory tower to enter the mundane world.

At this time, as their Professor, Kaisen chose not to have them continue to delve into the so-called truth of magic or the mysteries of Alchemy. Furthermore, he did not believe that at such a restless time in their seventh year, they could achieve anything significant in just one year.

He decided to use a more practical method as their graduation gift.

Rote learning and a resume that would ensure them a bright future.

Studying Iron Golems was their excellent beginning.

As Kaisen thought this, iron blocks and pumpkin heads flew up and down in his hands, and Iron Golems appeared one by one on the podium.

"Each of you take one, take it back and study it yourselves. Next week in class, I will need a detailed analysis of their principles. If you can create replicas, that would be even better."

"Anything you want to say?" Kaisen tapped the golden podium in front of him and asked.

"No."

"Very good, class dismissed."

Soon, the break time passed, and the fourth-year Little Wizards returned to the classroom.

Soon, all the students were present, and Kaisen picked up the paper he had written on the podium. To say he wrote it was actually just piecing together the essence of the students' papers from below the podium.

"Now, according to your contribution to making this Enchanting Table, line up in order and sign your names here. At the same time, I also need your complete identity information. After signing, return to your seats and write it on a blank piece of parchment, then hand it to me after class." Kaisen pointed to the signature column of the paper on the podium and said.

"Uh, Professor, what is this for?"

Cedric asked, somewhat confused.

"This is a paper I wrote based on your assignments and achievements, to be sent to the European Alchemical Exchange Association. You are all authors of this paper, so naturally, you must sign it," Kaisen explained.

"But Professor, this is your achievement, we just…?" The honest Cedric said, somewhat hesitantly.

"Just write what I tell you to write, don't talk so much nonsense. Listen carefully, sort yourselves by your contribution to making this Enchanting Table."

"Then Professor, which contributes more: providing raw materials or designing and assembling?" A Ravenclaw Little Wizards raised his hand and asked.

"A clever woman cannot cook without rice. Where would you research Alchemy without distractions if you didn't have a sugar daddy throwing money around? However, the specific order is still something you need to figure out yourselves."

"OK."

The Little Wizards chattered for a bit, then quickly lined up and signed their names in the paper's signature column one by one.

After class, Kaisen put the paper, along with the Little Wizards' identity information, into an envelope and walked towards the Owlery.

"You should still buy your own owl when you have time. You'll like these smart and loyal little messengers." Outside the Owlery, Dumbledore was leaning against the railing, looking at the Quidditch Pitch in the distance, where the Gryffindor team was training.

"I'm not a person with much long-term interest. I might get tired of an owl someday and just abandon it," Kaisen shrugged and replied.

"You possess a rare sense of responsibility," Dumbledore said with a smile.

"Hmm, perhaps."

"What is this?" Dumbledore asked, looking at the thick envelope in Kaisen's hand.

"Papers written by the students, about that Enchanting Table. I'm sending them to the European Alchemical Exchange Association. It will also add to their resumes."

"Hogwarts once lost a very excellent student. Fortunately, now it has welcomed an equally excellent Professor."
