Enzo's POV.
"I can't believe this…"
"Is he really here…"
Isn't he supposed to be enjoying the honeymoon? Why is he at work…"
I walked out of the car and into the building, and each person I walked past bowed in reference. But I could see the shock on their faces and the murmurs behind me expressing their surprise to see me at work, barely twenty-four hours after I got married.
Well, it's not like the wedding was completed…
I walked into the conference room where my presence was needed for the meeting to begin and they all rose to acknowledge my presence.
"Good morning, boss-"
"Keep your greetings and give me a run down of the details of operations we've had this month", I muttered immediately as I took my seat.
Xander, my second in command, remained standing and began speaking.
