"Today is…. A tough, tough day as we believe that Calm Ocean Era has come to an end, an Era of decades of peace as Demons were scared to rear their ugly heads…" Cameras flashed, and people were in awe, the President of the Altitude Bay Protective Unit, proclaiming how good times had been up until now. "However…" It was abrupt and powerful with hints of betrayal in his voice, "That Era has come to an end when the company Tidegate Freightworks dispatched Thousands of Demons to our home!"
His words carried conviction and hatred to the topic at hand if he didn't want to say the truth, as if he didn't want to believe it. "Today is the day we look at our neighbours and look at greater lives and wonder whether demons and devils hide amongst us!" Cameras flashed as the President made his speech, "Today is the day we go to war with the demons, and we will win. Today is the day we start the Era of Prohibition!" The civilians in the crowd cheered beautifully.

Kairo stepped through the hallways, as two weeks had passed since the Freightworks Incident, he seemed calm and proud. Every stride was one eluded with power and confidence. He arrived at the door before opening it. There were only three people in there, no instructor. "Kairo!" He heard a shout from the middle of the classroom. He looked up to see who yelled his name; it was Nova. It was a tiered lecture hall capable of housing 30 people. He climbed the stairs to get to her level. He didn't pay any mind to other people in the class, one of them a taller guy who was built like a nugget, wide frame, someone who could be mistaken for a fatty if wearing baggy clothes.
The other was a girl; she was tall for a girl, 5'11ish. There was a powerful look on her face that screamed self-importance, her long, grey hair cascading down her shoulders, her grey eyes analysing the competition. Was she confident or just smart?
