Chapter 4 - Chakra theory

Half a year later.

*Huff *huff

As Yujiro thought about the progress he had made in the past half a year, he couldn't help but smile.

'I can't believe that humans can grow stronger at this speed.

I don't know how much of this growth can be attributed to the growth multiplier. But I have to say, chakra is amazing.

My chakra alone has tripled compared to its volume half a year ago.

And my physical strength has at least gone up by 80%!

My speed has increased by at least half and my stamina feels endless.

And the most incredible part is that it doesn't look like it's slowing down.

The only negative thing this has brought is that my appetite has exploded, luckily the Hyuga clan is loaded and the orphanages are well funded.

Also my current physical training doesn't put enough stress on my body anymore, but luckily I can finally leave the orphanages grounds. Although I will not be able to leave the Hyuga compound, though I don't really need to leave it yet.

Aside from that, my chakra control has grown tremendously. I can now start tree climbing exercises, and more importantly I can start trying to activate my Byakugan.

After all, I need to learn how to use it eventually.

I also need to find out if the Hyugas have a public library and if there is any useful information in there.

As for where I will find the time to train more, I can just reduce the time I'm playing with other kids or change the games to something where I can train simultaneously, like hide and seek, it should be good practice for the future.

But it's questionable how long this free time will last.

But the thing that Neji hated in Naruto is probably going to happen to me soon.

The caged bird seal. Is there a way to avoid having it placed on my forehead?'

After wondering about it for a moment he came to a conclusion.

'No there is no chance unless a miracle happens.

The only possibilities I thought of were if I was kidnapped or escaping from Konoha.

The first is an extremely low possibly event, and even if I'm kidnapped it's not guaranteed that I will have a good life. And the second possibility needs the sage of six paths to help me.

So it's pretty much impossible, although it's not all bad, after all I don't need to worry about being inducted into root.

But I need to figure out how to free myself from the caged bird seal in the future.

But that will take time, and I'm still just a kid so I just need to move forward one step at a time.

After setting up his plans for the near future he started his new training routine.

And it did not take long for him to see the difference compared to his previous routine as in just 2 months he had made incredible progress.

'Sigh tree walking is much more demanding, unlike in leaf concentration where one just has to circulate chakra inside their own body.

And circulate it in a certain way to the forehead to attract the leaf, which can be said to be very easy.

The circulation to a person's feet is much more demanding due to the fact that feet have less chakra points.

But the biggest hurdle comes from the fact that none of the 8 major chakra points on the human body is nowhere near a person's feet.

This makes it much more demanding to control, and the fact that to do this exercise you have to control the amount of chakra used otherwise you will either blast off the tree or you will just not stick to it in any ways.

Unlike in leaf concentration where you can use almost any amount of chakra for the leaf to stick.

Of course if I use as much chakra as used in a s rank jutsu, the leaf would most likely burn.

But leeway on the amount of chakra used on the two exercises is huge.

As for the second aspect.

It might not be a problem for even genins but for me it's a huge problem.

It consumes too much chakra. With my comparably small reserves to a genins, I can only train this for a little more than an hour at the start.

Of course due to the fact that my chakra control has gotten better in the past two months.

And the fact that my chakra reserves have increased by almost two times

I can now do this for at least two and a half hours.

Of course this is not my only boon in these two months.

My physical body started rapidly growing stronger after starting tree walking.

I'm guessing the reason is mainly due to my chakra being exhausted every day, which in turn affects my stamina growth.

After all, chakra is produced in every cell of the body and as this physical energy is used up, it's essentially training so hard you don't have any energy to move.

As such while my speed and strength didn't get such a huge boost as my stamina they still increased a lot.

While the increase in strength pleases me, I'm more happy with the fact that the Hyugas do have a library.

Although I can't read the section with advanced chakra knowledge. I can still read many books there.

The two books that expanded my knowledge in chakra the most were The basics of human chakra circulation system" and "Formation of chakra"

While the former expanded my knowledge on how to circulate chakra to different parts of the body.

The latter showed me a very intuitive way of how chakra works.

The first is how chakra or more specifically spiritual and physical acts.

While the former expanded on how anything that results in spiritual growth will grow the amount of spiritual energy I have. This can be anything from having a meaningful discussion with somebody to just experiencing a life and death battle.

The latter gave me a new way to train.

It explained that the previous exhausting of chakra will inevitably exhaust physical energy or stamina and such will train the body, but it also showed a new way to expand chakra reserves. And that is to repeatedly exhaust chakra reserves.

While this will result in the strengthening of body and soul.

It will also just increase the amount of chakra, this is mainly observed in the increase of stamina.

Every review I will post an additional chapter 1 per day.

Though I probably can't keep this up forever.

But we'll see.
