Chapter 10 - Kidō

"With this, under my spiritual pressure, you can't exert even a bit of strength."

Alan Folker walked step by step towards Diana, who was kneeling on the ground, squatted down, grabbed her neck, and said disdainfully.

Diana wanted to struggle, but Alan Folker's grip made her unable to move.

"Kingpin, did you just say Kingpin? That's right, the Kendo Club is Kingpin's territory. Your presence there indicates you've already cooperated."

Diana released energy from her whole body, trying to suppress the spiritual pressure with all her might, but she still failed. She responded breathlessly and coldly, "What, are you afraid of Kingpin? As the emperor of the underground World, Kingpin's strength is indeed very strong. This is one of the points we value. If you don't want to offend him, why not accept our proposal?"

Alan Folker thought for a moment and asked curiously, "Kingpin also merged with you all?"

"No, he doesn't really like women, and he's not interested in that aspect. He just purely wants power," Diana replied, trying to persuade Alan Folker.

Sure enough, this is the real Kingpin. I don't believe Kingpin would merge with Karola.

However, the most worrying thing still happened. Karola has a strong adaptability. If there are no accidents, a part of Karola might exist within Kingpin's underground forces. A seamless connection in just one month would make no one feel abnormal.

Then, given enough time, even S.H.I.E.L.D., Stark Industries, or even other national entities, could rely on fusion to proliferate. By then, these life forms would truly be endless.

Diana looked at Alan Folker in deep thought, knowing that she had failed again. She never expected Alan Folker's power to be so immense. Previously, she had confidently vowed that if she couldn't obtain this power, she would definitely kill the opponent.

Now, she was suppressed by the powerful aura, unable to move, yet the opponent didn't seem to have used any power. How terrifying was this ability?

They had seen many ability users around the underground emperor Kingpin. Even Kingpin himself couldn't compare to the human in front of her in terms of power and aura.

She began to feel scared; her previous confidence and defiant posture softened.

"Please, don't kill me!"

The feeling of suffocation, and death gradually approaching.

Alan Folker smiled gently, but the smile was chilling. He whispered, "Since you know of my existence, you should have a shared memory, right?"

"Remember this, my name is Aizen, and I am a God of Death."

Diana's expression froze. To humans, the word God of Death was so unfamiliar, yet in this World, it was so commonplace.

"God of Death!"

Her voice was filled with terror. Under the spiritual pressure, her mental state gradually collapsed, and she even forgot to beg for mercy for a moment.

Alan Folker stared at Diana. He had to admit that she fully met the standard of a human. Her emotions gradually shifted from arrogance to fear, but her comprehension of the situation was very slow.

From the moment he released his spiritual pressure, and she tried to use her abilities but was powerless, until now when she truly felt the manifestation of death, everything was like a normal person.

Alan Folker shook his head and said calmly, "It's time to end this. Finally, I advise you to behave yourselves, otherwise, you should know that I can find you."

Diana struggled, letting out a terrified sound. She wanted to escape, but she had no strength.

"Hadō #63! Raikōhō!"

Alan Folker released a blast of lightning directly, without any incantation.

The original incantation was: "The bones of a beast scattered, a towering red crystal, a steel chariot. Movement is wind, stillness is void. The sound of clashing spears fills the empty city. Hadō #63: Raikōhō." But Aizen could cast Kidō spells even without chanting.

"Boom!"

A golden light permeated the night.

Accompanied by a scream, Diana's body, unable to move or dodge, instantly turned charred black, her eyes wide with terror, as she fell onto the radiating hot ground.

Alan Folker glanced at it. This was his first time using Kidō, and its power was stronger than he imagined, causing a much wider range of destruction.

"Mysterious creatures, indeed very smart. S.H.I.E.L.D. has met its match this time."

As he finished speaking, he looked into the distance, then turned into an afterimage and vanished into the darkness.

But just as he left, Diana stood up like a zombie. The wounds on her body slowly healed, eventually returning to their previous state.

"Grim Reaper Aizen, we will remember that name!" Diana's face was cold, and she leaped up, disappearing into the distance.

At the same time.

The sound of a motorcycle engine echoed in the air, then a sudden screech of brakes.

Natasha stopped, looking at the distant light and golden lightning. Her expression became serious, then she got on her motorcycle and sped towards that direction.

The loud roar of the engine echoed in the sky, long and far-reaching.

A few minutes later, the sound of the engine abruptly stopped.

Natasha got off her bike, looking at the heat radiating from the ground. Her brows furrowed instantly. She walked to the middle of the dark lawn and examined the charred body on the ground.

"Coulson, I think I've found a body identical to the cases you're investigating. You'd better come and see it; the death is quite gruesome," Natasha said coldly and indifferently.

"According to the time of death, it should be within five minutes. The surroundings look like the body was struck by lightning."

Hearing Natasha's report, Coulson's face darkened. Although only one tragically dead body was found this time, it immediately piqued his interest.

In the dark night, two cars sped along a secluded road.

With a screech of brakes, the cars stopped.

Coulson and Melinda got out of the cars and walked over to Natasha.

"Did you not see anyone? To cause this level of lightning, the electricity must have reached above a thousand volts," Coulson said, examining the body and analyzing.

"No, this person is the former female coach, Diana, but when I arrived here, I didn't see anyone else," Natasha replied with a look of surprise.

"Diana is dead, but Alan Folker has disappeared?" Coulson pondered for a few seconds. The current clues seemed increasingly blurry, but in reality, they were becoming clearer.

"I went to the outside of Alan Folker's house and only saw his girlfriend, not him," Daisy replied, checking the scorched marks on the ground.

"It seems this person is truly suspicious. Did he kill these mysterious creatures? But why would he do that?" Coulson frowned, completely baffled.
