Lucas moved to the main conference room with Leah and Francesco.
They also called for their strategy team.
The strategy team consisted of six people including the team leader who was former military.
The strategy team leader, Hans Freuler spoke.
"So we have 11 new recruits and 14 in total with the three that were already here."
Lucas nodded.
The man in his early fifties looked through the files of every combat department member.
"Looks like we caught some pretty good ones."
Lucas chuckled.
"Yes indeed Hans."
Hans asked.
"How do you plan to build the teams and who do you suggest will be the team leaders?"
Lucas thought for a while before answering.
"Hugo Monet, Vanessa Alves and Kenji Inoue have the most traits of a leader in my opinion."
"All three of them are very composed and strong. Hugo is mature and a natural leader, Vanessa has the charisma and Kenji is the most calm plus he is very smart."
The people in the room all agreed.
A strategy team member asked.
"How do you propose we build the combat teams, guild master?"
Lucas replied.
"Let's go through their files once more and decide after. It's best if every team has a variety of classes."
Every was in agreement.
After a long meeting they decided.
Team 1:
- Hugo Monet (Tank/Sword Master) (Captain)
-Ruben Tavher (Mage)
- Kristian Antić (Spear Master)
-Roberto Pereira (Warrior)
.
Team 2:
-Vanessa Alves (Assassin) (Captain)
-Sarah Minho (Sword Master)
-Kojo Boateng (Tank)
-Mia Huber (Archer)
-Bryan Miller (Sword Master)
.
Team 3:
-Kenji Inoue (Sword Master) (Captain)
-James Wilson (Archer)
-Yannick Reiner (Axe Master)
-Marco Rossi (Mage)
-Chima Adebayo (Martial Artist)
Hans spoke first.
"Those are strong teams."
Lucas replied.
"I agree."
Leah spoke.
"Now we just need to fill in the numbers with the applicants we put to the side."
A strategy team member asked.
"How do we decide though? None of them have a class yet and most have almost no skills."
Francesco responded.
"Leave it up to my department."
"We will seek out the ones we think have the most potential and have a strong will and good character."
Lucas then spoke.
"Yes we will leave it up to Francesco. That's what his department is for and what they specialize in."

After the meeting was over, Lucas headed to the area of the guild where members could relax.
All of the combat department members were there getting to know eachother.
As soon as Lucas walked in with Grishna by his side, everyone stood up and looked at them.
They all greeted him in different volumes and manners, but everyone did so with respect.
Ruben spoke first.
"Are the meetings over, guild master?"
Lucas answered.
"Yes. I will now announce the teams you will be in and the captains."
"Team 1 has Hugo as the captain. With Ruben, Kristian and Roberto as team members."
"Team 2 has Vanessa as the captain. With Sarah, Kojo, Mia and Bryan as team members."
"And lastly team 3 has Kenji as team captain. With James, Yannick, Marco and Chima as team members."
"Did everyone understand or do I need to repeat it?"
Lucas had a series expression this time, indicating that no complaints were allowed about this.
They all understood and agreed.
"Tonight everyone will eat together as a welcome party. But tomorrow morning you will go into our F-rank goblin gate to get used to eachother."
"I assume you won't have any problems, but I will still be present."
"Also. In the upcoming days we will recruit some of the other applicants from today to fill your teams. They aren't on your level yet, but I hope you can guide them when they join your respective teams."
Everyone agreed.
They were all excited for this new change in their lives.

After the welcome party and most people left, Lucas was alone in his office.
'To think the Helios guild is growing so rapidly.'
'I think we have almost 20 different departments and like around 300 guild members now.'
'The guild still has over 40 million swiss francs, but its quickly becoming less and less.'
'We have spent a lot on our growth in personal and departments, plus buying a piece of land with big properties for our headquarters.'
'It should be ready to move in after a few days.'
'We need to hunt as many monsters as possible and gather materials from the gates to earn more money.'
'The good thing is that our production department is making progress. Especially thanks to William in the Potion making team and Albert in the Smithy.'
'Now that I think about it.'
'I got some notifications before that Albert leveled up thanks to his weapon and armor creations.'
Albert made 13 different F-rank equipment today. They all gave 50-100exp.
Albert reached level 6 and Lucas had 5 avatar points.
He also checked on William and Elara who went hunting in the E-rank gate earlier today.
William reached level 12 and had two skills reach B-rank. Now he had 4 in total.
Meanwhile the beautiful elf Elara reached level 9.
Lucas now had a total of 20 avatar points.
He could summon another C-rank avatar if he wanted to, but he decided to evolve Albert and Elara to E-rank.
You have used 10 avatar points to evolve two F-rank Avatars to E-rank.
All their stats increased by 15-20.
Their skills upgraded by one rank and they gained one new skill.
'I'm gonna save my avatar points for now. Maybe I might even save for a B-rank summon.'
Lucas decided to head home since it was a very long day.
When he got home, Ghost was there waiting for him.
'Oh right, I totally forgot.'
"How did it go with the investigation of that suspicious guy?"
Ghost responded.
"I caught him trying to rape and kill a young woman. I judged that it was necessary to intervene and eliminated him on the spot."
"The woman didn't see my face so I let her go."
"Alright that's understandable. What about the body?"
"I cleaned up and took his body into the E-rank gate for the wolves to eat."
Lucas smiled coldly.
"Well done Ghost."
"Thank you master."
