He was tall and thin.
He also looked kind of gloomy.

Marco had nothing impressive, but he was a mage and that was rare and had a lot of potential.
Lucas also sensed that he was depressed and shy, but he wanted to become stronger and help his sick mother.
Although he didn't know alot about magic yet, he could use some basic magic spells, including the attack spell magic missile.
Spells didn't count as skills when you had the magic knowledge skills unless you had one before.

The third person was someone they needed a lot.
It was a girl in her early twenties.
She was of average height and had a slender and fit body.
She had blond hair and light brown eyes. She wasn't very beautiful like Vanessa, but she was still pretty.
All people who awakened improved their looks, though it didn't help much for people who were already ugly.

It was difficult for people to get this class because the bow and arrow weren't starter weapons.
Mia was very smart and kind so it was easy for her to get accepted.

The fourth and last person in those last few hours was a muscular guy in his late twenties.
He had blonde hair and blue eyes.

'So far we have recruited 8 people directly for our combat teams today.'
Lucas was already very tired, but it was only the afternoon and there were still a couple hours left of interviews.
'I am satisfied with the people we found so far, but still kind of disappointed that there has not been a single person with a unique ability.'
He was still very happy that he found Hugo with his two classes and many good skills.
Lucas, Leah and Francesco were taking a break before continuing.
Lucas spoke.
"How many are left?"
Leah replied.
"I think 44 applicants are left now."
"Alright, let's continue."

Lucas was just starting to lose hope when the next person who walked in caught his attention.

He was short and had black hair and eyes.
And luckily Lucas could sense the deep positive emotions in Kenji's heart.
'He is excellent.'
Kenji sat down with hit katana in his right hand.
They asked him some questions and he answered honestly.
It was then Lucas his turn to ask.
"Why do you wish to join the Helios guild?"
Kenji thought for a little before answering.
"I'm not sure. I just thought this was the best path for me."
They realized from the conversation before that he was the quiet type.
Lucas spoke.
"It's okay not to know everything. You are capable and I believe you have the right character for the guild."
"Kenji Inoue, welcome to the Helios guild."
"Thank you."
Kenji didn't show it on his face, but Lucas could tell from his mana that Kenji was happy.
After settling the paperwork, Kenji was guided outside and shown the guild.

They interviewed the rest of the applicants and offered contracts to two more on the spot.
The rest were either rejected or put to the side for now.
Lucas found the two new recruits useful.

He was friendly and honest.

The bald man with a thick beard was a little grumpy and lacked manners, but he was a caring and loyal person.
After all the interviews were over they sat together to discuss what to do with the new recruits.
