Chapter 22 - Chapter 22 Perfect Appearance

Chapter 22 Perfect Appearance

Tarun saw the newly born Metis in the gorgeous and exquisite crib.

That was really a very beautiful and lovely child, with fair and delicate skin, exquisite features, and a pair of big, round, sparkling eyes like gemstones.

She looked curiously at the god in front of her who was teasing her in a friendly manner, and giggled pleasantly.

Unlike the twelve Titans who were born in adult form, most of the third generation gods were born in the form of babies and needed dozens or even hundreds or thousands of years to grow to their peak form.

The appearance of a god mostly represents the state of his divine power. The childhood and teenage years represent that he still needs to grow, and when he reaches his peak state, he will become a young adult, his origin will be damaged, his strength will decline, and his appearance will become old.

This also means that Taren's strength has never reached its peak, because he has always been a teenager since his birth. After experiencing a generation of gods, his strength has increased by two levels from weak divine power to medium divine power, and his appearance has not changed at all.

He also had a feeling that even if he grew to possess powerful divine power, his appearance would remain unchanged.

Because he is bound to the fate of this world, if he wants to reach the real peak, it will only be possible if this world becomes truly prosperous. Now it can only be said that he is still in the starting stage and there is still a long way to go on the road of growth.

"She's really cute, isn't she?" Sitting next to the crib, Tessis looked at her daughter, her face full of gentle maternal glow, and the love in her eyes was not concealed at all.

Tarun nodded and praised: "She will definitely be a very popular goddess in the future."

Tessie was immediately happier. As a mother, nothing could make her happier than hearing her child being praised, let alone when the person who was being praised was Tarun.

Just when she wanted to say a few more words to Tarun, a slightly childish voice interrupted the conversation between the two.

"She is so beautiful, but beautiful things are always coveted. You'd better be careful of male gods from land in the future."

Thesis and Taren were both stunned when they heard the voice. They turned around at the same time and saw a young man with bright eyes standing behind them, smiling brightly at them.

"Prometheus, why are you here? Where is your mother?"

Thesis was surprised at first, but soon he showed a helpless smile. He was quite fond of his smart grandson.

"Mother is outside." Prometheus said, looking at Tarun without hesitation, with curiosity flashing in his eyes:

"Grandmother, which revered deity is this? I feel a sense of familiarity just by looking at him. I wonder if I have the honor of meeting him."

Thesis was stunned when he heard this, but he quickly realized that prophecy belonged to the lower level of fate, and Taron was suspected to be the god of fate. It was normal for Prometheus, a prophet and foresighted person, to feel close to him.

She first glanced at Tarun secretly, and seeing that he was not offended or displeased by Prometheus's sudden arrival, but instead showed an expression of interest, she smiled and introduced him:

"He is His Highness Taren, an ancient being. You, a naughty child, must show your respect."

Thesis did not dare to directly state Talon's priesthood, and could only vaguely use the ancient existence to describe it, but Prometheus did not care.

The boy nodded quickly. Because he was still young, he looked like a half-grown child. Tarun observed him with great interest and did not mind interacting with him.

As mentioned before, Taren has a special fondness for those beings whose fate will affect the entire world order.

However, before he could have a few words, the king of gods Kronos and the ocean god Oceanus came to him and humbly said that they wanted his advice on something.

Tarun was a little surprised, but did not refuse. However, when he was about to leave with the two of them, the brave Prometheus begged Thesis to go with him.

Thesis was in great embarrassment. Oceanus was about to scold his ignorant grandson when Taron interrupted him with a smile.

"If he wants to go, let him go." Tarun said, "I have a connection with this kid."

Since he had already spoken, Oceanus had nothing to say and had to let Thesis take Prometheus with him. The king of gods Kronos, on the other hand, did not say anything from beginning to end, as if he was just a passer-by watching the show.

Tarun soon found out what they wanted his advice on, which was the remains of the first generation God King Uranus.

At Talon's reminder, Oceanus injected the negative power of the ocean and water into the remaining body, completely neutralizing the positive power in it and turning the flesh and blood into countless dreamy bubbles.

But the bubbles did not disappear, and under the nourishment of the ocean currents for hundreds of years, something was about to be born.

After all, it was related to the great god-king Uranus, so Oceanus was a little worried, so he wanted to ask Taron to take a look and make sure that nothing dangerous would be born that would threaten the ocean current.

The God King Kronos was also worried, so he followed to see what Taron would say.

But Tarun just smiled and said in a warm voice: "Great God King, respected Lord of the Ocean Currents, don't worry. The Sky God Uranus has been completely destroyed and will never return."

"And the remains of his body will not become anything harmful to the world. With the nourishment of the feminine power, a beautiful goddess will be born in due time."

Hearing that it was a goddess, both Kronos and Oceanus felt relieved. In the current theocratic system, female gods were not qualified to become kings of gods and generally would not endanger the world.

"Thank you for your answer, Your Highness Taron." Oceanus also smiled and expressed his sincere gratitude.

"It doesn't matter. Since she's here, it's fate. I'll just bless her."

As Tarun spoke, he looked at the dreamy bubbles on the sea and gave a sincere blessing: "My soon-to-be-born goddess, you will have the most beautiful appearance in the world. You will be the embodiment of perfection."

The bubbles on the sea surface floated slightly, as if thanking Taren for his generous blessing.

Taron smiled, then left with Kronos and Oceanus.

Seeing this, Thesis was about to take Prometheus away, but he heard the half-grown boy say in confusion: "Why only bless beauty, but not innocence and chastity?"

Tethys was a little amused and said helplessly, "Innocence and chastity are things that all goddesses naturally possess. They do not need blessings."

Prometheus frowned and whispered back, "That's probably because they don't have the most perfect looks."

However, Tethys thought it was just a child's prank and did not take it to heart.

At this moment, she was still completely unaware of the seriousness of the matter.
