Aron's pov
Lagos city was under our control, i watched from the top of the skyscraper as the people ran in all directions in fear.... running from the darkness we came with. Dad was right, fear controls all. I took out my sniper and aimed it for a man that was trying to pull a fair skinned woman up. Something about his courage almost warmed my cold heart, it is rare to see a man sacrificing his life to save another. But I had a job to do so i targeted his chest and shot him, i never miss. The man slumped to ground falling on the woman, I then aimed for the lady but she was crying. I guess the man must have been her boyfriend or something, i stopped for a while watching her. There was something about her aura that attracted me, i stared at her face watching her sweet tears
"Aron" i groaned "kill her"
I aimed for her again but it was too late cause she was already running now. Oh well I'm sure someone from the clan will kill her eventually
"Throw the bombs and call for backup"
I turned towards the Purple monster himself, my father. He had a dark purple mask on leaving only his brown reddish eyes, a long flowing gown and long wore out combat boots. There was the usual dark dangerous aura around him as he commanded his men, he caught me staring at him and beckoned on me to come. I rushed to him and bowed
"Eta (dad in purple language)" i greeted
"Bila (son) get up" he said in his dark voice
I got up and smiled
"The mission is going well, what's our next move"
"You and the boys go down there, capture as many victims as you can. We're taking them to the hideout" with that being said, he turned his back on me and walked away
I nodded
"Agu, Laden, Cobra, follow me"
The three huge men nodded and followed me. We matched downstairs and entered the armoured van we came with.
Lagos city was about to face the purple wrath. We captured as many people as we could, the city was in chaos as everyone was running in different directions, our men on the skyscraper were still shooting and throwing bombs on the people. While Agu and the rest captured the victims, i slowly matched towards the body of the man i shot, his blood was flowing into a gutter beside him. I spit on him as i examined him
"He's really dead, i never miss sha" i kicked his leg
Something about this man just seems off, why do I feel guilty for killing him?, why was that woman emotionally attached to him? Questions upon questions, yet no answers
"Itei (boss in purple 🟣 language) i think we have enough people for the sacrifice and rasom" Cobra tapped me
I nodded
"Um take him too"
"Who?" He looked at me
"The dead guy" i hissed
"But mon'itei (great leader) said only those alive"
"Do what I tell you to do, i won't repeat myself" i said and then walked back to the van
