1481 of the Sea Calendar
North Blue
Lvneel Kingdom Slums
In one of the abandoned huts near the sea, 1 kid and a baby are now looking at each other.
"I just slept while drinking for 79 hours straight with my friends, and now I became like this?"
The male kid said as he looked at his small arms holding a baby.
Suddenly his mind was flooded with a bunch of pictures playing like a slideshow, and after a few minutes he gently sat down and looked at the baby sleeping in his arms.
"Dracule Mihawk, my younger twin brother, and I, Dracule Raeven, are both just 6 months old, but why am I already this big?" Raeven asked as he looked at his hands and feet. By his estimate, he should already be almost 2 feet tall, and he's just 6 months old.
*DING* [Detected that the host has finally unlocked his memories; the yearly sign-in system is unlocked and bound to the host.]
"A system, how wonderful. I once wished before that if I ever got isekaid, I would want to be like Hiraki Machio, be a farmer, build a house, and build a harem," he said as he sighed.
"System, what can you do? And I want to sign in."
*DING* [The system rewards the host every year the host survives in this world.] [Congratulations, Host. By signing in for the first time, you got Rocks D. Xebec's Peak Physique.]
[Rocks D. Xebec's Peak Physique, Strength, Speed, Endurance, and Willpower
"This reward, the physique of the GOAT himself—with this I can finally breathe easy, start farming, and support little Mihawk. I just need to stay low-key for a few years," Raeven said as he looked at his little brother.
"Don't worry, this life's parents, I, Dracule Raeven, will do my best to raise this kid into the strongest swordsman in the history of this world," he said as he smiled.
"To do that, I first need to gain some money so I can feed this kid. After that, I'll start training. Having the body of the goat is a massive starting point for me. If I'm in the four blues, then as long as it's not those monsters from the Grand Line or a user of logia devil fruit, hmph, I'll fold them to 13," Raeven said as he pumped up his fist. If someone could see him now, they would instantly want to pinch his cheeks because he's too cute.
The next day Raeven woke up early to make some money. He found some scrap steel near the sea to make up a spear, which he could use to catch some fish.
"I tested my strength and flexibility last night, and my swimming skills from my past life are still with me; I just need to adapt first in the shallow waters," he said as he left his torn-up shirt on the shore, and he started practicing how to swim again.
After 2 hours of fishing, Raven caught a lot of fish, at least 20 kg of fish. With his speed, the fish in the sea look too slow to him. He sold all the fish near the town, and he earned his first beli in his life. 20 kg of fish was sold for 20,000 Beli. He purchased a lot of baby things and a lot of milk, a pan for cooking, and a flint and steel.
"So this is North Blue, and right now I'm in the slums of Lvneel Kingdom, the origin of Noland the liar," he said as he placed the things he bought in their hut, and he prepared a bottle of milk for Mihawk.
"After this I should start training and also look for another place to stay; this hut isn't good. The nights are cold, and there are a lot of mosquitoes," he said as he looked at the hut and Mihawk, who is currently drinking milk like it's his first time.
"That's right, drink more and grow strong; after drinking this, we're going out to look for a house," Raeven said as he smiled at his little brother. He immediately listed in his mind that he should buy a camera and den den mushi the next time he got some money.
Just like that, 2 years already pass, and it's March 9th right now, which is another sign of chance.
Right now the two of them are currently living in the Stone Village, a simple fishing village at the north side of the Lvneel Kingdom.
Raeven is currently lying down on a recliner chair like an old man while watching Mihawk, who is currently practicing swinging his sword that Raeven gave to him on his second birthday.
Last year at his and Mihawk's birthday, Raeven got his second sign-in reward, and it's one of the Saijo O Wazamono (Supreme Grade Blade) named Silence, a simple pitch-black scythe that is 8 feet long and whose blade is at least 3 feet.
"Sign in" *DING* [Host successfully signed in. Congratulations for surviving in this world for 3 years. Sign-in reward: Enhanced Flying Nimbus]
"What?!!! Flying Nimbus? Like the one Goku got when he saved Master Roshi's turtle?" Raeven jolted, and he jumped and stood straight, looking shocked, which surprised Mihawk.
"What's the matter, brother? Did you forget something?" Mihawk said, stopping amid his training.
"Oh, it's nothing; I just remembered something. We'll talk about it later," Raeven said as he looked at the system description of the flying nimbus.
[Correct, but this flying nimbus is colored white, and the downside that only a pure-hearted person can ride it is removed; only persons acknowledged by the host can ride on it. Also, it can expand up to 7 meters in diameter, its flying speed is Mach 4, and it provides a shield from air pressure while traveling and riding it. The maximum load limit is 40 tons. If you want to call it, just whistle.]
"PERFECT!!" He said as he started laughing like a maniac, which earned a puzzled look from Mihawk.
"With this I won't need a ship anymore; our way of transportation is now perfect. I just need to buy a log pose and maybe some eternal poses too," Raeven quietly thinks.
The night came, and the two brothers headed back inside the house to celebrate their birthday; the two had a small banquet and a lot of sea king meat.
"Mihawk, what's your dream?" In the middle of eating, Raeven suddenly asked Mihawk.
"Brother, I can feel it; those swords are calling to me. I want to get stronger using my sword," Mihawk answered.
"So you want to be the strongest swordsman?" Raeven asked again.
"The strongest swordsman?" Mihawk asked.
"Yes, if you're going to dream, dream big. Be the strongest swordsman first, then be the strongest swordsman in the history of this world," Raeven said.
"That sounds really great, brother. Then I'll do it. I'm going to be the strongest swordsman in history," Mihawk said with great seriousness.
"Then are you prepared? Training to become the strongest is not easy," Raeven said.
"I'll do it; I'll train very hard so in the future I can protect you, brother," Mihawk said.
"Then train hard; I'll support you in building your dreams. Also, before saying that you want to protect me, try beating me in sparring first," Raeven said.
"Hmmp, you can only win now because you're older and bigger than me, brother," Mihawk said while pouting.
"Bullshit, I might be big, but we're the same age, bastard! You're my younger twin brother," Raeven said. How dare this little shit say that he only won because he's older and bigger?
"I doubt it; you're already 4 feet tall. How can we be twins?" Mihawk rebutted.
"That's because you're small, so little Mihawk is just jealous of my height, whahahaha," Raeven laughed as he started teasing his pouting little brother.
