After seeing this, I think for a second. There's no character like this in the anime or the manga—but it could be an NPC; there are plenty of them in this world.
I've read the manga up to the latest chapter. As far as I know, Baal will eventually reveal the key to the tower, but since it's an ongoing monthly release, the story is still only in its early stages.
