Chapter 2 - CH1: New house and Awaking

After I showered, I stood in front of the mirror, a look of profound disbelief on my face.

I knew I liked the Jujutsu Kaisen series, but this felt too weird. Of all the appearances I could have, I got Gojo Satoru's?! Well, I was handsome and had a good... you know, so all good.

I quickly put on my clothes and started touring my new home. I have to say, it was fantastic, with a complete 360∘ view of the forest through the vast glass walls.

When I got to the basement, I found a door with a fingerprint lock. As soon as I entered, I started acting like a kid in a sugar rush. It looked like an Iron Man garage! It was also linked to my garage upstairs with a door large enough for a car. This meant I could build things and work on vehicles. With my Technopathy ability—which I'd noticed while touring; I just touched a television and immediately knew how it was made and how to build a better version—I could do a lot. Yes, I was going to have a blast. I then headed to the upstairs garage to find a car and a motorbike waiting inside.

After touring the whole house, I stepped outside and walked through the forest for a while. Then, I stopped in a secluded, deeper section to test my powers.

I looked around. "Shall we start?"

As I said it, I sat down and closed my eyes, calming my breath. Suddenly, I felt like I was thrown inside something, so I opened my eyes to find myself standing at the top of a snowy mountain surrounded by clouds. And if that wasn't strange enough, there was a gigantic white lion with blue eyes and something akin to a Roc, snow-white in color with gray eyes... Wait, were they smirking?

I looked closer at them. "The thing is getting weirder by the minute," I muttered. As I spoke, their smirks got even wider. Yup, they definitely understood what I said.

As I took a step closer to them, they looked at each other, then back at me with amusement.

'You have the guts, I'll give you that,' a voice screamed 'MANLY' with every word he spoke, or more accurately, telepathically inside my head. 'Yup, smirking and now talking. What's next? Am I some kind... nope! Not going there!'

As if they had heard my thoughts, two voices started to laugh in my mind. Then, a third voice, female, smooth, and an 'Ara Ara' type, said: 'The last one ran the moment he saw us. Also, young one, we can't hear your thoughts; you're the one sending them. Try to control your thoughts.'

Before I could say anything, I began to heat up. A kind of tribal tattoo started burning across my whole body, beginning beside my jawline and ending at my toes. And damn, it hurt like a bitch. When the initial pain started to subside, another wave of agony hit my back, head, arms, and legs, as if something new were growing, forcing me down to my knees. After an extended period of pain, a cool sensation passed through my body, leaving me feeling calm and energetic.

Standing up, I looked around. It was like my senses had become sharper—no, they had become far stronger than ever. I could hear, smell, and see better, like switching from watching a video in 480p to 4K. Yup, this was definitely some kind of Awakening.

I looked at the fellows who'd been watching the show. "So, who are you guys?"

The Lion looked at me for a while, then nodded toward the Roc. 'He had the guts and the will to keep conscious during the awakening, and he didn't fear us even though it's his first time encountering Supernaturals. I guess he has a chance.'

The Roc chuckled. 'I know you have a lot of questions, but we don't have time. But an introduction is a must. I am the Winter Eagle's linage consciousness.'

The Lion then added, 'And I am the Moon Lion's consciousness. As she said, your time here is almost up. We will send the information to your mind. Next time you come here, you will find yourself on the edge of a forest, so if you want to meet us, head to the mountain in the center of the forest.'

As he spoke, he lifted his paw and sent a light blue energy beam toward my forehead. The Winter Eagle did the same with her wing while saying: 'Also, a piece of advice: you should leave the place where you are when you wake up.'

As the second beam hit me, I woke up outside with a flood of information in my mind.

When I looked around, all I saw was snow and ice, but deep blue in color, and it extended for a couple of miles around me. "Well, damn, this will definitely draw attention," I muttered.

I stood up and started stretching. "Since I have to leave this place, let's see what I can do." I started to run. I have to say, I probably had the same speed as the shiny balls, and I wasn't even going all out. It was awesome!

'Man, this is going to be a great life. Whoever brought me here, thanks a lot.'
