"Great I'm in some kind of forest and I don't even know where I am, time's different too." The man sighed and scratched his head he had read of situations like this but he never thought he would experience it.
"How did this even happen?" The man asked, and to understand how he got here, we must go back a few hours.

There was a boy named Rikuro Turoru, a 15 year old boy, who lived in Tokyo, Japan, with his sister and his parents. There was nothing out of the ordinary about this boy, he is 5'5 or 165 centimeters, an Otaku, hair as black as coal, with eyes as gray as, well gray. A good student overall with a pretty laid back family for a Japanese household.
He just got home from his highschool as a first year. He already made some friends on this school of his. He got home at 4:00 pm, he has no club activities so he went home after class ended.
He took off his shoes and placed down his bag. The house was modest at best, nothing too fancy, just average.
He looked at his sister, Arisu Turoru. She's a 13 year old girl, with black hair that is styled with a ponytail, black eyes, an outgoing personality, dainty skin and that cuteness that rivals a Shiba Inu. She's pretty annoying according to Rikuro, but she does help around the house. They talked for a bit before Rikuro broke off the conversation to clean the house and finish his homework.
When Rikuro finished it was already 6:00 pm. He went downstairs noticing his sister playing on her phone.
"Did you finish your homework already?" He asked, He probably already knew the answer but well, he just wanted to make it more concrete.
"I've done a bit, but I'll finish it later nii-san." Said the little girl, uncaring about the fact that she talked to her informally.
"You aren't talking formal now eh? Well whatever just finish it before our parents comes home" The man reminded her, he did not care about the informal talk, as he himself does not talk formally to those close to him, except for his parents of course.
"Alright, alright I'll do it now." Arisu responded, she groggily got off the couch to walk upstairs to finish her homework.
"Well, what's next to my agenda?" The man asked himself, thinking about his next action after cleaning and finishing his homework.
He couldn't find anything else to do other than to cook rice and the food for his family. He turned on the TV, to listen to the program while he cooked.
While he was rinsing the rice the news played, and talked about an earthquake.
"A massive earthquake has hit Hokkaido, it's magnitude has been estimated to be 7.0. Please ensure proper caution."
"That's a bit concerning.. well it's far from Tokyo anyways, we should be fine." Rikuro voiced out, earthquake in Japan was a common occurrence but, it's still a 7.0 earthquake and well, you'll feel uneasy about that even if you're far away.
As the rice that Rikuro made was cooking, he took fish that he already seasoned beforehand. He cooked the fish on the stove, the fish was golden brown, and it's aroma was wonderful, even a normal fried fish can taste good if you perfect it.
"IS THAT FISH!!?" The voice upstairs shouted, she quickly bolted down the stairs to look at the fish.
"Are you done with your assignments?" Rikuro asked her sister Arisu.
"Yep all done with those annoying work, now I can play!" She said with joy in her face, her voice too carried happiness, guess homework sucked.
Rikuro wanted to watch some Drag-On Spheres in his room, his well, fairly normal room, if you did not notice his wall of anime merchandise. But he couldn't watch, it was already 7:30 pm and his parents are here, he already laid down the food and plates.
The door opened to let the siblings see their parents. Their mother, somewhat shorter than Rikuro, greet them at the door.
She eminates comfort, from her closed eyes to her brown braided her slumped over her shoulder.
"Ara~ the house is clean.. and there's food on the table. It seems you two had been very good." Her voice smooth, and low toned, carried that motherly vibes as well.
She petted the heads of the siblings, but Rikuro took her hand off after a second. That boy is easily embarrassed.
Their father walked in the house, taking off his shoes. He is the opposite of their mother, he eminates threatening aura, not like bloodlust but the kind of aura a strict boss would have.
He has a black beard and a hair tht gives him the look that basically tells everyone he's a dad, his black eyes, his muscular body that even shows through his suit, gives him the perfect look of a working out father.
He was strict, but not as strict as others, he was surprisingly understanding, and he doesn't dismiss the idea of someone younger than him, like others do.
Arisu's stomach grumbled. They all elt out a small laugh and went to eat on the dining table. They exchanged stories and shared their experience of today.
After they finished eating and exchanging stories, their parents told them that they will sleep early due to their work. The siblings gave them a thumbs up of approval. Rikuro cleaned the ding table and washed the dishes as Arisu, just watched television.
After he finished cleaning, he looked at the clock and saw what time it was.
It was 9:00 pm.
He thought that it was time for some well deserved break, as he sat down on the couch and watched Drag-On Sphere on the TV, surprisingly Arisu didn't complain, well not that surprising as what they're watching is indeed peak.
As they watched more and more episodes, time flew by fast. It was already 11:53 pm, so Rikuro informed his sister to go to sleep already.
He watched as Arisu went upstairs. After watching Arisu went up, he looked at the pantry to find to fund some quick food, something like a cup noodles, but they already run out.
He took his wallet and went outside, and walked to the nearest store, it was a convenience store called 9/12, he bought the cup noodles and inserted it into a plastic bag. He looked at the clock of the store and saw it was 11:59, almost midnight.
He walked outside of the 9/12, the cold breeze of the midnight air hitting his skin, his hair standing up due to the cold.
Tick..
Tock..
Tick..
Tock..
His heart was beating faster than normal, anxiety crawling up his skin. He doesn't understand why, but oh he's gonna understand later.
He kept walking, the sound of his footsteps hitting the concrete floor. And as he went near his house he felt the foundation under his feet crumble and open up.
"Huh?" Was the last words the boy could say before he blacked out and lost consciousness.

The boy was asleep in the middle of the forest floor, bugs crawled around and over him as he slowly regain consciousness.
His eyes squinted, due to the light entering his eyes. He thought to himself 'Where am I, why am I in a random forest, I was just outside my house?' As he thought to himself he felt a bug crawled up his arm, he squealed in suprise as he brush off all the bugs crawling on him.
"God that did not feel great." Complained the boy, he had little to no experience in the wild.
He did not notice it at first but on his peripherals he saw a floating window, the window was black with white text and purple highlights. The boy was excited, he had read this kind of things before, people who got systems and gain undescribable strength, and he is also in an another world, Isekai is something he watched and geeked over.
"A system.. where am I? What happened? Where's.. my.. family?" Asked the boy to himself as his excitement cut short as the reality of the situation dawned on him. He is in a different world where he does not know anything and anybody, and he doesn't have his family either.
"Arisu.. Mom.. Dad.." He said their name, hoping they'll be here, but it didn't happen. He steeled himself and vowed to survive in this world and find a way back home.
He ignored the system for now to explore the surroundings with his eyes. Few light tricked down from the high leaves of the jungle trees, it's unnaturally high larger than anything he have ever seen.
"Great I'm in some kind of forest and I don't even know where I am, time's different too." The man sighed and scratched his head he already read of situations like this but he never thought he would experience it.
"How did this even happen?" The man asked himself, but he never gotten an answer, well he didn't expect to get one either way.
The man still has his earlier purchase of cup noodles in his plastic bag, and his wallet in his pocket, it probably has no monetary use anymore, but he could still sell it as a unique item.
As he scratched his head, he decided to finally read the system infront of him, it wasn't like any other system, no status, no level, no items, and no jobs, just a text on it describing an ability.
『Matter Destruction』
This ability will turn any matter that the user is touching into dust. The size and speed of this ability varies on the amount of energy the user puts on this ability. The profeciency of the user affects the energy requirements of this ability.
"Matter destruction, huh isn't that just like Hakai in Drag-on Sphere, and energy needs what does that even mean?" Asked the boy to no one, he then picked up a rock, as he thought of destroying it.
"Hakai!!" Shouted the boy, focusing on letting energy flow from his body to his hands and into the rock.
The rock on his palm turned to dust from the bottom up, the part touching his hand was the first to be destroyed.
The happiness of actually saying an ability and it working is now overfilled with cringe and embaressment as the thought of someone hearing him say something like that filled his head. He couldn't really celebrate as he lost all power on his body and fainted.
It took him two hours to wake up again, he sat up from the dirty forest floor, to dust off all the dirt on him.
"This ability, its basically USELESS!! The amount of energy I needed to use to destroy a rock. AAAAAAH!!!" The man complaint not caring about his current situation if anything would hear him.
As he got back to his senses, he ran out of where he was, due to the danger of any predator that heard his scream coming there.
The natural fauna scratched his body as he traverse the unknown forest. He thought about his priorities moving through the forest.
First is to find human civilization, second to find some food and water, and third make a shelter.
He travelled through the dense forest, he sneaked his way out of the view of the predators as he continue to search for a river to set up a makeshift shelter. He really wanted to find a shelter now, as he heard a loud, rumbling roar, it wasn't near but the fact an animal can roar that loud scares him.
He didn't use his 『Matter Destruction』after he fainted as he didn't want to suffer the energy repercussion of the ability.
The forest is slowly getting darker, hope dwindling down slowly but surely.
But all hope was not lost, as he found a river to set down in. He was happy, but now he needs to get the necessary items to build a shelter.
He has little to no experience in survival or camping, and the only information he knows is when he was watching random survival videos in No-Tube.
But he does know the basics, he hurriedly scavenge near his area, to find sticks big, and long enough to act as the support of the base.
He luckily found sticks to act as the support of this base of his. He laid down the foundation of the tent, he put down a 200 centimeters long stick with a Y-Intersection in the top of it. He then put a long stick on that Y-Intersection to act as the backbone of the shelter.
He found some vines to act as a rope, to tie down the sticks. He then found some long leaves and sticks to act as a roof and floor for the shelter.
Now he just needed the materials needed for a fire. He found some dry wood, and tinder to start a fire.
He went and put rocks on a circle pattern with sticks and dry wood that rise up into a triangle. He then put bits of tinder inside the campfire to make the burning of the campfire easier.
He then went and put down a fireboard on the ground, the notch on it, already made, and he put bits of tinder to burn. He feared that he won't have enough time until the forest went completely dark he quickly made the bow drill.
He made the bow drill by taking one of the flexible sticks and putting the string. Before he attach the string on the other side of the stick, he quickly spun it around the spindle before attaching it onto the other end of the bow.
He then made the spindle by using some flint I found on the ground and using it to sharpen the end of the spindle onto a point.
He then took of his shirt to cover his hand in it.
Putting the spindle on the notch where the tinder is, he put his clothed hand on top of the spindle to keep it in place. He quickly move the bow of the bow drill back and forth and back and forth and back and forth.
Seeing the small sparks on the tinder, he kept moving the fire drill until the sparks on the tinder are more prominent. Without missing a beat he put the cloth in his clothed arm next to the tent and he picked up the tinder cluster and put it on the burning tinder which in turn burns the tinder cluster too.
He then carefully put the tinder cluster on the tinder inside the campfire. Seeing those sparks again, he blew into the campfire before and because of that a tiny fire has been made.
The sound of the campfire crackling and popping gave him a sense of comfort. The forest is already dark. Using the light of the fire, he took some more dry wood and leaves for the fuel of the fire.
He was tired and thirsty, luckily the river was freshwater, he drank straight from the source, it had a taste, yeah that water taste something, but still it was better than dehydration.
He wasn't hungry so he then used the free time for experimenting on 『Matter Destruction』, he took some pebbles and stacked it in his hand.
"Hakai" He said, as the pebbles slowly turns to dust, but he stopped before he was too tired to move. He wanted to experiment more but fatigue came, maybe it's because of his experiment on 『Matter Destruction』or because of everything that happened.
Due to his tiredness he decided to postpone the experimentation on 『Matter Destruction』. He'll do it tomorrow, but today he'll sleep.
He went in the makeshift shelter and laid down in the floor made of leaves.
He closed his eyes and waited for the shine of the sun to penetrate the leaves of the forest.
