A figure suddenly appeared inside a convenience store, collapsing to his knees with lifeless eyes.
"Host? Host, are you okay?!" The system's voice suddenly turned frantic.
"It's over, the host suffered mental death, and now I'm done for too…"
"Don't you dare curse me dead! I'm still very much alive!"
"You're not dead? Tch~ what a waste of my worry…"
"You little—" Chen Tiannuo stood up, looked around, and asked, "Where did you throw me this time?"
"Oh, let me check." The system examined the data and said, "The world of Honkai Impact 3rd."
Chen Tiannuo looked completely confused. Good grief, he couldn't recall much about this world's plot—just something about the Herrscher of the Void.
"Seriously, System~ why'd you toss me into this world?" He examined himself—no Amps, no Warframe, not even his Orbiter ship.
"While this is technically normal, what about my Warframe? How am I supposed to build one?" Chen Tiannuo didn't seem too flustered—after all, he built Warframes every day before.
"I have all the blueprints here, but you can only use weapons according to your rank."
"Fine~" Chen Tiannuo was already used to it. Just rank training? Piece of cake.
"Can I still go back?" Chen Tiannuo suddenly thought of it.
"You can, but I suggest you don't."
"Why not?"
"Think about what you're saying. Do you even remember who hijacked the Void's Control Authority?"
"I just wanted to test it out! Who knew I could actually hijack it."

Chen Tiannuo watched Kiana and Mei from afar, trying to recall something. Hmm… can't remember.
Kiana was fleeing with Mei, "Kiana, our weapons don't seem to be doing any real damage to it," Mei said while firing back.
"Just dodge its attacks first. Let's look for a weak point," Kiana replied while clearing the Honkai beasts in their path.
Mei and Kiana fired at different parts of the Honkai beast while dodging its strikes.
"Target locked."
They looked up. "Bronya!"
Bronya, with her mech, dove from above onto the Honkai beast. "Project Bunny 19C, attack."
The mech behind her effortlessly took down the beast. After regrouping with Kiana and Mei, the mech pointed toward the convenience store. "Who's there?!"
Chen Tiannuo walked out of the convenience store.
Mei became curious. Normally, when the Honkai energy concentration increases, anyone without Honkai resistance turns into a zombie. It was rare to see a male with resistance to Honkai energy.
"You're survivors too, right?" Chen Tiannuo said. He couldn't be bothered to explain his background, so he'd just pretend to be a survivor from this city.
"Yes. Are you alone?" Mei asked.
"Yeah, just me. Oh, by the way, since you all have weapons, can I tag along with you?"
"Sure! Don't worry, we're really strong," Kiana agreed, twirling her gun with confidence.
Chen Tiannuo looked at Kiana, silently thinking, at this point, Kiana probably hasn't reached that airhead phase yet.
Kiana seemed to sense something and gave him a strange look.
Whoa, her sixth sense is pretty sharp, Chen Tiannuo raised an eyebrow.
The ground trembled nonstop. Something was approaching fast.
Suddenly, a massive arm swung at Bronya. She quickly commanded Heavy Bunny to counterattack. Boom! Bronya and her mech were sent flying backward.
After swatting Bronya away, the Honkai beast lunged at Mei, who was too worried to notice. Chen Tiannuo grabbed Kiana, used Void Blink to instantly teleport to Mei's side, then again to a spot 20 meters away.
Chen Tiannuo released Mei and Kiana's hands. "You two go ahead. I'll hold it off."
Mei and Kiana didn't ask questions. They turned and ran toward Bronya.
Chen Tiannuo gathered Void energy while dodging the Honkai beast's attacks, continuing to condense the energy in his hand.
Now! Chen Tiannuo hurled the Void energy at the Honkai beast's abdomen, instantly shifting into the Void and releasing the energy from compression.
The Void energy exploded, blasting apart the Honkai beast's core.
But Chen Tiannuo, still inside the Void, was caught in the shockwave and briefly lost consciousness.
As Kiana and Mei ran toward Bronya, another Honkai beast suddenly charged out…
