Stacy's POV
I groaned endlessly, collapsing finally at the foot of a huge tree. "I don't think I can go on anymore. My body aches, and I'm tired. I need to rest. Do you understand?"
He paused, his back towards me. It wasn't like it mattered. If he plans to keep going, he'll just have to carry me.
My legs were weak and frail, and I couldn't go on anymore, even if I wanted to. I was already tired, and I needed a way to recover from all the stress.
"We need to walk some more. I know we need to because we need to cover some laps."
"My legs hurt. If I walk one more step, I'm going to break. I can't even be in my wolf form, she's drained as well."
"You sure you're alright?" He asked, stopping in his tracks. He turned towards me. His eyes looked at me with some kind of pity.
"I'm not…" I whined, pouting my lips. I didn't know why I did that, maybe because I was already getting used to him being around, and seeing me as the baby I was supposed to be.
