Normally it would be a weak skill, but it has merged with Blackwhip, making it more powerfull and ignoring the weakness of needing componentes in exchange of non-permanent objects

Nine Generations of Hope (EX):
A unique ability as the heir to One For All. Allows him to revive up to 9 times, sacrificing one quirk each time. Each resurrection strengthens the remaining quirks until only OFA remains.
When only the core of One For All remains, his 45% hits are capable of destroying entire mountains.
Vestiges' Wisdom (A++):
Accumulates the experience of the previous 8 bearers of One For All. Functions as a fusion of Imperial Wisdom, All Kinds of Talents, Mind's Eye (True), and other adaptive combat talents.
Unending Hope (EX):
Mental resistance up to rank A. Immune to corruption, manipulation, and "Alter"-type transformations. Also grants effects similar to Valor and Unyielding Will.
True Name Discernment (C+ ~ EX):
Can identify enemies' identities and abilities. Rises to EX while NP Hero Volume is active.
Battle Continuation (B):
Allows Deku to continue fighting even after receiving fatal wounds.
Independent Action (C):
Can operate for 3 days without an active Master.
Collector (D-):
Reflects his obsession with collecting All Might items: figures, clothing, books, etc.
Monstrous Strength (C):
Fused with One For All, it represents his inhuman physical power even at low percentages. It also represents Deku's inhuman strength without powers compared to normal people.
Charm (C+):
As shown on many occasions, Deku has great leadership skills. This was evident at USJ and in the final battle when he worked with the professional heroes to devise a plan to defeat AFO.
Deku, the Hero of Hope (A):
If summoned as a Caster, Ruler, or Saver. Abilities, except class abilities, will be the same across all classes.

Like, with only Unending Hope, Vestiges' Wisdom, and True Name Discernment i would have been happy AND overpowered, but Nine Generations of Hope!? Thats basically Heracles ability but changed! Hahahahaha. Im overpowered! Hahahahaha!
By the way, the thing about if i'm summoned as a Caster, Ruler, and Saver it will be nearly same is very interesting. Though, i wonder why it doesn't include the other classes it says i can be summoned as. Strange.

NOBLE PHANTASM:
● One For All: Next Generations Hope
● Rank: EX
● Type: Anti-Evil / Anti-World / Anti-self
Description: A unique Noble Phantasm that exists as a living amalgamation of multiple heroic spirits encapsulated within a transferable legacy. Each fragment represents a past user of One For All, now channeled through Deku. It can be used partially or in its entirety depending on certain conditions.
The NP is dividido in many parts. This are the ones.
□One for all, Energy accumulation and Transfer: Increases Strength and Agility to the maximum of its physical container. Deku can only use 45% since thats he maximum he used in life only by using OFA. If all secondary quirks have been sacrificed and only OFA remains, its 45% hits can destroy mountains with a single blow.
Produces and stores constant mana (virtually unlimited), but Deku cannot use it; it serves as a battery for its master, but cannot be used to keep Deku summoned.
Also, if Deku wishes, in exchange for disappearing, he can give the One for All to someone alive. This gives them a permanent mana core, providing the user with almost infinite mana. This does not affect Deku if he is summoned again by someone else.
□Blackwhip: Black energy whips that grow stronger with emotions and can be generated from any part of the body. Capable of grasping, moving, attacking, and protecting.
It has been fused with the Skill Item Construction (D-) ability, allowing it to be molded into multiple useful, offensive, and magical forms.
It also has a form called Carnage Mode. To use it, you must have lost at least three Quirks and Blackwhip must not have been sacrificed.
The transformation surrounds Deku's body internally and externally and temporarily grants him Mad Enhancement (C) for 10 minutes. He remains sane but with certain difficulties.
Risk: Causes severe physical damage after use.
□Danger Sense: It merges with his Instinct C- skill, granting him the ability to foresee the "best course of action" in combat, even without directly seeing the enemy. This becomes a very low-level foresight ability.
If he has lost 3 Quirks, he can detect hidden presences, up to a certain level. Anything higher than Presence Concealment (B) cannot be sensed.
□Float: Allows the user to fly at high speeds (it starts as floating but evolves in the manga to basically flying).
If three quirks have been sacrificed, it can apply the floating effect to objects it is touching. It is basically a form of tactile telekinesis.
□Smokescreen: Generates a dense cloud of purple smoke to cover vast areas.
After losing 3 Quirks and retaining this one, the smoke neutralizes extrasensory abilities.
□Fa Jin: Stores kinetic energy through repetitive movements. Can be used to release bursts of power or explosive speed.
Enhances other Quirks when combined with them.
If 3 Quirks have been sacrificed, absorbs 30% of the kinetic energy from blows and impacts, and adds the ability to launch projectiles and kinetic waves with destructive force.
It also gains a mode called Thor Mode for 10 minutes (named Thor in honor of Horikoshi's love for Marvel comics). This form renders it completely immobile because it absorbs its own kinetic energy. It can also absorb all kinetic energy within a 200-meter radius.
Waves in this mode can destroy small structures, and bullets can demolish houses.
Upon completion, Deku is left severely mentally weakened.
□Gearshift: allows the user to change the speed at which things accelerate through space to a maximum of 35% both faster and slower. It is even capable of changing speeds while ignoring the laws of inertia. When used in conjunction with the raw might of One For All, it is capable of warping the very laws of reality.
Becuase of the spatial and law breaking nature of the quirk, it gives him certain resistence and sometimes even complete immunity to spatial and law manipulation abilities.
If three quirks have been sacrificed, the % of speed change becomes 75%.
True name realese: One for All: can only be realesed if all sub-quirks have been sacrificed. Then, when One for All is at its max strength, chant the name realese, and Deku will be able to overcome the limit of 45% cap limit of the base One for All, and reaching the 100%
The punch is the same one Deku made before loosing his quirk. So his punch is so strong it compares to many nuclear bombs together. The punch being (and did on the manga) strong enough to change the weather across the globe for weeks (there is a panel that shows how US weather, two weeks after, is still a affected by Deku's punch. And he punched from Japan. So yes, thats globe level punch. I don't hear cries).
But, when the name is realesed, Deku is unsummoned 5 minutes after. The name realese being a sacrifice tecnique.
Chant:

After all, everyone laughed of him in the internet. But when thinking about his feat for a moment, it was incredible! Not only that, a servent is also created through what people remember in their leyend, and how they are remembered. And if the system used the original world of Deku to give it power. I was in for a Blast!

Hero Volume: Analysis – Legacy of a Thousand Notes

Description:
Summon your analysis notebooks of heroes and villains. It became an NP because, in Deku's original world, after his death, the notebooks were placed in a museum in his honor. Upon discovering the true name of an enemy Servant, their parameters, abilities, and Noble Phantasms are automatically documented.
It raises his True Name Discernment to EX. He can also share the knowledge with allies, allowing for optimal tactics.
