Chapter 36 - Predator Unleashed

The warehouse shook with the force of Kang's strikes. Each movement was a blur—his Black Serpent's Coil snapping, twisting, crushing. Mikey barely blocked a knee that could have shattered his ribs, while Jin staggered back from a series of spinning elbows that tore through the air like blades.

Kang's Brutality

He moved like a ghost, precise, merciless:

Mikey tried to land a Dempsey Phantom combo, weaving and punching, but Kang caught his fist mid-air, twisting his arm with a sickening crack. Pain exploded in Mikey's shoulder.

Jin attempted the Heavenly Triple Kick, his vision flickering from overuse of Copy, but Kang anticipated each strike, sidestepping and delivering elbow strikes that rattled Jin's skull.

The warehouse became a storm of destruction—broken wood, shattered windows, and blood pooling across the concrete.

Kang's voice was low, calm, terrifying."You thought I was just a bully… I'm the nightmare you never saw coming."

Psychological Domination

Kang didn't just attack physically—he attacked mentally.

He twisted Mikey's arm, forcing him to the ground.

He slammed Jin against the wall with a Black Serpent clinch, smirking at the blur in Jin's vision.

He whispered to them: "Pathetic. You've grown… but you're still prey."

Mikey and Jin struggled, bruised and battered, realizing for the first time the true scope of Kang's power.

Cliffhanger

As Kang prepared a final devastating clinch aimed at both of them, Mikey's chest heaved, blood dripping from his lip. Jin's vision narrowed dangerously.

Kang's eyes gleamed, shadowed with madness:"Next strike… you won't get up."

The warehouse fell silent except for their ragged breathing. The storm had only just begun.
