Synopsis
In a world governed by flawless order, there is no room for chance, rebellion, or contradiction. Life and death, truth and falsehood, rise and fall, every law is absolute, for they are the very body of Nomos, the Eternal Law. Under Nomos, the world is stable and unbroken, a cosmos without question or error. Until the birth of a boy. His name is Eiran, and from the very moment he opens his eyes, the impossible follows him. Prophecies fail when they speak of him. Death cannot hold him, yet life does not fully define him. He can be seen in two places at once, and no decree of Nomos ever lands true upon him. He is called the Anomaly, a mistake that should not exist. The world trembles. Kings, prophets, and even the Guardians of Order descend to erase him, but every attempt collapses into contradiction. A blade meant to never miss dulls against his skin. A curse reverses upon its caster. Even Death itself loses its grip. At last, Nomos descends, confronting the boy who should not be. Yet when the Absolute tries to erase him, a paradox is born: If I am absolute, I can unmake him. But if I unmake him, then I am not absolute, for he proves I can be wrong. Thus begins a war not of swords alone, but of logic, law, and existence itself. With every clash, the fabric of reality unravels, mountains rise and fall in the same breath, oceans boil and freeze at once, and men remember two futures at the same time. In the heart of this chaos, Eiran stands not as a hero or a god, but as a question, perhaps even the answer. For in the end, he may not be the flaw that breaks Nomos, but the mirror Nomos created to see itself. A tale of order and contradiction, of gods and men, of a paradox that reshapes the very meaning of truth. This is the story of Factorem Paradoxi.

Chapter 1 - Prologue – The Law That Never Breaks

From the Codex of Edik, the First Writing of Nomos

---

In the beginning, there was only Order.

And Order was not born, nor made, nor found.

It was the breath of all that is, the pillar of all that will be.

Nomos spoke, and the world was.

Nomos willed, and the seas took their places.

Nomos decreed, and the stars obeyed their paths without error.

For Nomos is not a god among gods. Nomos is Law itself, unbending, eternal, without rival.

To live is to walk the path laid by Nomos. To die is to return to the decree of Nomos.

All things have measure, and all measures return to Him.

---

And so the people lived without fear. No prophecy failed, no truth faltered, no death missed its mark. The kings of men ruled as they were destined, and the Guardians of Order stood watch, each bound to their station.

• Time flowed forward, never bent nor broken. • The body returned to dust, and dust never rose again.

• What was true could not become false, and what was false could not be true.

This was the perfection of the cosmos: a chain without weakness, a circle without break.

---

"Blessed is the world," said the Prophets,

"for Nomos reigns.

The Law does not err.

The Law does not fall.

The Law is Absolute."

---

And so it was written in the Codex of Edik:

---

As long as Nomos holds, the world shall never tremble.

For He is the First and the Last,

The Unbroken Word,

The Law That Never Breaks.

---

Yet within the silence of eternity, a whisper grew.

It was not a cry of rebellion, nor a shout of war.

It was a single breath, a question born where no question should exist.

And with that breath, the first crack was made.
