"Is that all you have to say after thinking it over?" The cold, icy voice of Blaze cut down from above, making Cecilia freeze.
She nearly forgot—this was the same man who had cornered her just hours ago. Why was she even thanking him?
"I… I don't know what you want to hear. I have things to do… I'll go."
She turned toward the door, but before she could reach it, Blaze grabbed her arm with a firm grip. In one swift motion, he pushed her against the wall, his hand pressing down on her shoulder as his body loomed over hers, his piercing gaze locked on her.
