For centuries, they've challenged mankind through fear and chaos. Yet lately, they've grown tired of endless destruction. They wanted something fair. Something thrilling.
They found it in basketball.
No blades, no magic, no war. Just strength, speed, and the will to win.
To them, it's not a sport, it's a battle for pride.
And so, from time to time, they rise. They step into the human world, hiding behind ordinary faces, blending into the crowd. Some play for fun. Some play for something darker.
Meanwhile, somewhere on the surface, a boy is training.
Day after day, he practices alone on an old court, his shoes worn down, his breath steady. He doesn't know what waits for him. He doesn't know that his talent will soon pull him into a game far beyond human understanding.
