The mana around Kojo's heart had different colors, but the strongest were blue and brown.
Lucas could sense that he was a dependable and trustworthy person.
When Kojo sat down Leah introduced everyone and her and Francesco asked a few questions, mostly Francesco since he knew exactly what to ask as a pro in recruiting.
Kojo also shared his system window. They asked everyone to show it as a show of trust and it was important.
Like always Lucas spoke last.
"Why do you want to join the Helios guild?"
The young man from ghana responded with a smile.
"Because of you sir. I wish to be a part of something great and I want to follow someone strong and trustworthy like you."
Lucas could tell that he was speaking the truth.
He replied.
"I see. That is good to hear and I appreciate that you see me that way."
"I have a good eye for people so I know that you are a trustworthy and dependable person. Plus you are strong and have good skills."
"So I want to welcome you to the Helios guild, Kojo Boateng."
Boateng stood up excitedly and shook Lucas his hand.
"Thank you sir! I will do my best for you and the guild!"
Lucas smiled.
"I know you will."
Shortly after they handled the contract matter and Kojo was officially hired as a guild member.
Lucas then spoke.
"So far we haven't created any combat teams yet since we have only a few members, but I will have someone introduce you to the others and help you settle in."
Kojo was kind of rough looking and very tall and muscular, but right now he looked like an excited kid.
"Yes sir thank you!"
After Kojo they decided to take a short break before continuing the interviews.
'I hope I find more awakened like Kojo.'

After another half an hour of interviews with 9 people and rejecting 5 of them, Lucas finally found someone useful again.

Lucas looked at Kristian who was a tall guy with light brown hair and blue eyes.
He observed his mana.
Lucas could sense that Kristian was a very confident person who was reliable.
'Not bad, but I have to be careful since he might become arrogant and ambitious.'
Lucas asked him the same thing as the others.
"Why do you want to join the Helios guild?"
Kristian answered quickly with confidence.
"Because I think I can grow the most here and earn good money."
'Well at least he's honest.'
Lucas shook his hand and welcomed him to the guild.
Kristian signed the contract and became their third guild member to join today.
Lucas was glad he found some useful people, but he was also anxious that after so many there were only three.
'Well, we will probably hire more awakened later from the ones we put to the side.'
The next person that came in was immediately rejected.
'That guy was full of greed and other negative emotions.'
After that came a couple people with good characters, but they didn't stand out.
And then came a guy with a strong energy, but Lucas sensed something was off.

'He has good stats, but I can feel his intense bloodlust, it's disgusting. This guy's mana tells me that he is pure evil.'
'He also know about torture. I have a feeling that this guy could be a serial killer or something. He is dangerous!'
Paul had a friendly smile and looked harmless, but Lucas couldn't be fooled.
Leah was asking some questions but Lucas interrupted her.
"Stop. Paul Steiner, you can leave. I don't think you fit into the Helios guild."
Leah, Francesco and Paul all looked surprised.
Paul then asked.
"Can I ask why?"
Lucas replied.
"Because I have good eyes. Now leave."
Paul stood up and left, but he cursed in his mind.
'What the fuck was that! Does he know something? I should just kill him.'
As soon as the door closed Leah and Francesco stared at Lucas.
He just said one word.
"Disgusting."
Leah asked.
"What's wrong?"
Lucas explained everything and they were shocked. But they were even more shocked by what happened next.
Lucas summoned Ghost.
Ghost kneeled before him.
"I greet my master."
Leah and Francesco just stared in shock.
Lucas talked before they could ask anything.
"This is Ghost. He was my third avatar. He is an assassin and I chose to keep him a secret. I hope you understand why I did it and please keep quiet about it."
"I choose to trust you."
They both answered.
"Yes sir!"
Lucas then gave an order.
"Ghost, go follow that guy from before without anyone noticing and investigate him. Report back as soon as you can and if any problems arise I will leave it up to your judgment."
"Understood master."
Ghost disappeared into the shadows.
Leah and Francesco's eyes almost popped out even though they were both usually serious people.
Lucas wasn't worried about them. By now they had proved their loyalty even though it hasn't been long.
And he could always silence them if needed. Though he didn't believe that would ever happen.
The three of them talked for a while about some things including Ghost.
Francesco then spoke.
"Your abilities truly are amazing and out of this world. I'm sure that if you wanted to, you could soon rule the country."
Lucas just chuckled and shook his head.
