Synopsis
In the throne room, a handsome man with the sculptured body of a Greek god was half-kneeling in front of the emperor. “Leo, I bestow upon you the Teigu Murasame to honour your merits.” “I don’t want it; its killing intent is too strong, it harms the body.” “Gaea Foundation?” “I don’t want to be a cross-dressing guy!” “Then what do you want? Speak, and I shall bestow it upon you.” “I, Demon Extract!” “But this Teigu is already owned by Esdeath. If you want it, wouldn’t that mean you must take Esdeath as your wife?” “Your Majesty is wise; this subject thanks His Majesty for the marriage!”

Chapter 1 - Chapter 1

Chapter One: Night Raid

A headache split Leo's skull as he woke up. Rubbing his temples, he froze—the room around him was completely unfamiliar.

Oil paintings adorned the walls, tables and cabinets were carved with intricate patterns, and beneath him lay a velvet bed. He frowned, trying to recall his last memory.

Yesterday, his dormitory friend had recommended the healing anime *Akame ga Kill!*. Carelessly ignoring the reviews, he had watched it all night. His eyes were red, his face ferocious, his mood uncontrollable.

Until the moment he saw Akame's sister's head swinging in the wind and rain, eyes closed and bleeding.

The delicate artistry and emotional depth of the scene struck him. Tears—and a few cries—flowed from his friend's eyes, and he had been beaten in reaction.

Thinking, "I cannot be the only one healed," he clicked the [Healing] tag to like it, then commented: "Good Healing anime, not wrong at all!" Afterwards, he lay down to sleep. Eyes closed and opened, and he had already Transmigrated into another world.

Leo held his forehead, rose from bed, and began exploring. In the wardrobe's mirror, he saw a face like his own—handsome, but with deeper eyes and a faint, knowing smirk.

Just as he leaned closer, a sudden headache and dizziness struck.

He clutched his head, sitting back on the bed. Memories not his own surged into him.

He had inherited the body of a patrol officer in the *Akame ga kill* world, an officer of rare courage, fearless in enforcing imperial law, was poisoned to death.

Memory replay:

A report came in from the imperial capital, revealing the unlawful deeds of Viscount Orzak's family. Using the pretext of investigating another case, he went to check it personally. That night, he was poisoned.

As a battle-hardened officer, he would not fall to ordinary poison. This was Viscount Orzak—who, anticipating the move, used a mixed poison technique learned from a distant tribe, layered with precautions, to eliminate a hated yet feared figure in the capital.

The tea contained theobromine. In the bedroom, a calming incense burned. Harmless separately, deadly together. The patrol officer fell into the trap, unsuspecting, and he perished.

Recalling recent laughter with the viscount and his golden-haired daughter, Leo felt his spine chill. This was the perverted noble family from the anime.

They had captured Tatsumi's friends, imprisoned homeless people, conducted cruel experiments on them, and slaughtered the weak in their basement.

In that dark prison, brown blood smeared faces, limbs fell from bodies infected with preservation viruses, rotting stench drew swarms of flies, and viscous fluids coated the floor.

From dawn to dusk, screams never ceased. This mansion was a hidden human purgatory in the imperial capital.

Recalling his death and the basement horrors, Leo's rage burned. Nobles being indulgent or greedy was one thing, but such inhumane decadence deserved public execution.

Night was deep, the stars silent. A faint footstep echoed in the corridor. Leo pressed against the door, listening, it grew closer.

He paused, then shrank under the covers. Though he isn't as powerful as the S-level Ice Queen Esdeath, his patrol officer's body could still defeat dangerous S-level enemies.

He inherited extraordinary strength. Uneasy, but not panicked, he controlled his breathing, slowing his heartbeat to a death-like state.

The heavy door creaked open.
