Synopsis
Levi spent five years writing a story about heroes saving the world. The story sold so much that he was a star on webnovel. However, everything changed when he encountered his top fans and resumed living a life of torture in their hands. Four weeks of hell ended in an explosion that should have killed him. Instead, he woke up in his own story. Not as the protagonist. Not as a hero. Not even as a notable side character. He reincarnated as an extra, a nobody with no name in the original plot, destined to die in the first major battle against the Swarm. Most people would call that bad luck. Levi thought it couldn't get worse. He was wrong. Because this world he created had changed in two fundamental ways. The first change: The heroes destined to save humanity—the brave, selfless warriors who would awaken incredible Sparks and unite the world against extinction, were his torturers. The people who destroyed his life were now the chosen ones, blessed with protagonist halos and plot armor. The people the world would worship as saviors. The second change: He was about to discover very soon. And it would make him question everything he thought he knew about the story he wrote. But he will not allow these heroes to exist in this world. And it doesn’t matter if he has to born the world he created to ensure he gets his revenge.

Chapter 1 - A rip off

Hey.

Before you dive in, let me get a few things out of the way.

First off, yeah. I know what you're thinking. "Author's POV ripoff." And you know what? You're not completely wrong. I got inspiration from that book. I also got inspiration from The Novel's Extra, Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint, and a dozen other stories in this genre.

But here's the thing. Inspiration isn't plagiarism. I'm not copying plot beats or characters. I'm taking a concept I loved and doing something different with it. This isn't about a guy trying to save his characters or fix his story. This is about revenge. Pure, cold, calculated revenge. My MC isn't a hero. He's not even an anti-hero. He's a villain, and he's got every reason to be one.

Second thing. The first 30 chapters or so are going to be slow. I know, I know. "Slow burn" is code for "boring" half the time. But I need to establish the world, the power system, the stakes. I need you to understand why this guy is the way he is. I need you to feel the weight of what happened to him before he starts tearing shit apart. That said, once we get past the foundation, things are going to get brutal. Fast.

Third. Updates. I'll be posting regularly because this is literally how I make a living. Writing is my job, and I take it seriously. I'm not going to ghost you for six months or drop the story halfway through. I'm in this for the long haul, and I hope you are too.

Fourth. Reviews. Leave them. Good, bad, whatever. I'll read them. I'll respond when I can. If you've got questions, ask. If you've got criticism, I can take it. Just don't be disrespectful about it. We're all here because we love stories. Let's keep it civil.

Alright. That's enough from me.

Let's get into it.

Welcome to Author's POV

Enjoy the ride.
