~TESSA'S POV~
The realization that someone could be tailing me struck a deep ache in my chest. Why was the person so interested in my revenge plan?
I was still caught up in my thoughts when a knock came from my door. It was a very hard knock and I am definitely sure it was Olivia.
I ignored the first knock and continued staring at the message displayed on my phone screen but then it came again, louder this time. I locked my phone immediately and sat up, my heart pounding.
"Could you just leave me alone!" I muttered as I approached the door.
I was ready to lash out at Olivia if she doesn't want to respect herself. Wasn't the parlour enough for her?
The moment I opened the door, my jaw fell open.
Robert! What does he want?
He stepped in swiftly as I tried to shut the door on him. I definitely was in the mood for another episode of drama. But he didn't look angry and that somehow made it worse.
His gaze swept the room once before landing on me. "Why did you slap Olivia?"
