Their faces became very happy. Even though they thought I was a hero, they had completely fallen under Daniel's orders.

Instead, the holy woman turned to the Emperor and Empress. Remembering how they had previously waited for a long time. She let them walk into the summoning room.
"Your Majesty, I have completed what you asked. I have also explained the problems of our world. I believe that the choice of the Goddess of Light is correct."
An authoritative figure walked into the room in response to the summons. With his arrogant face, he showed his confident gaze to the students.
A slight smile appeared on his face. Even though he was very authoritative, the students thought of the Emperor's face as that of a benevolent man.
But that doesn't make me care. As a regressor, I have seen how the Emperor has taken advantage of me before.

I walked closer to Daniel, who was now thrown at the edge of the wall. With an uncaring face, I chose to grab his neck.
"Leon? Why did you... No... why did you do something like this... cough! Stop...! I..." a pleading voice came from Daniel's mouth. His expression became desperate. Ignorance struck his heart.
Even though he didn't understand the reason for his best friend's actions, he saw that he had become a different person. He previously thought that Leon was a good and innocent man.
But now it's different. A feeling of terror struck his heart. The previously obscure killing intent became extremely strong.
Crazy laughter came out of my mouth. Not paying attention to what was happening around me, my grip on Daniel's neck became very strong.
Instead of wanting to continue my grip, I saw the Emperor grip my wrist. The pain was visible on my face.
Gritting my teeth, I unhesitatingly moved away from the Emperor. My previously very happy gaze darkened. Hatred could be seen on my face.
