Chapter 1 - CHAPTER 1: The Awakening of Shivay Raizada

Mumbai… a city that never slept.

Skyscrapers pierced the clouds, luxury cars ruled the streets, and beneath all the glitter and chaos… power flowed silently.

Not political power.

Not financial power.

Something far older.

Far more dangerous.

But to the common eye… nothing was visible.

Rain poured heavily across the city that night.

The streets glistened under flickering streetlights, and the sound of thunder echoed between tall buildings.

In a narrow, dimly lit alley—far away from the luxury and noise—walked a boy.

Sixteen years old.

Wearing a worn-out hoodie, slightly torn at the sleeve.

Shoes damp from walking through puddles.

In his hand… a cheap plastic bag.

Dinner.

Shivay.

He walked calmly, almost lazily, as if the world around him didn't concern him.

But his eyes…

They weren't normal.

They were quiet.

Too quiet.

The kind of silence that didn't belong to someone his age.

"Another day…" he muttered under his breath, adjusting his hoodie.

A faint smirk appeared on his lips.

"…another survival level cleared."

His voice held humor.

But there was no real emotion behind it.

No parents.

No family.

No one waiting for him.

At least… that's what he believed.

Thunder roared above.

For a brief second, lightning illuminated the alley—casting long shadows across the walls.

And in that instant…

Something strange happened.

His shadow… flickered.

Shivay stopped walking.

He glanced down.

"…Weird."

Then shrugged.

"Probably the light."

He kept walking.

But somewhere… unseen…

Several figures stood on a rooftop, watching him.

Dressed in black.

Completely still.

"Target is stable."

"He's alone."

"Energy readings… still dormant."

One of them spoke into a device:

"Should we proceed?"

A pause.

Then a cold voice replied:

"Negative."

"Continue observation."

"He must awaken naturally."

Back in the alley—

Shivay stepped out onto the main road.

Traffic lights flickered through the rain.

Cars rushed by, honking impatiently.

He adjusted his grip on the plastic bag.

"Finally… food."

And then—

SCREEEEEEEEEECH!!!

A loud, violent sound tore through the night.

Shivay turned his head.

A car.

Out of control.

Speeding straight toward him.

For a split second—

Everything slowed down.

Rain froze mid-air.

Sound vanished.

Time… stretched.

His heartbeat echoed.

THUMP…

THUMP…

THUMP…

Shivay stared at the incoming car.

No panic.

No fear.

Only… emptiness.

"…So this is how it ends?"

And then—

Something inside him moved.

A faint… pulse.

Deep within his chest.

His pupils slightly contracted.

And for the first time—

The world around him felt… different.

As if he could see something beyond reality.

Energy.

Faint, invisible threads… flowing through everything.

The car.

The rain.

The air.

"…What… is this?"

But before he could react—

BOOOOOOOOM!!!

Impact.

His body was thrown violently into the air.

The plastic bag slipped from his hand, spinning as it fell.

Food scattered across the wet road.

Shivay's body crashed onto the ground with a sickening thud.

Blood spread slowly beneath him.

People screamed.

"Oh my god!"

"Call an ambulance!"

"He's not moving!"

But Shivay…

Didn't move.

His vision blurred.

The sky above him looked distant… unreachable.

Rain hit his face.

Cold.

"…So this is death…"

Darkness crept in.

And then—

Everything disappeared.

Unknown Space…

Shivay opened his eyes.

Silence.

He was standing.

No pain.

No wounds.

Just… darkness.

An endless void.

"…I'm dead?"

His voice echoed strangely.

Then—

"Not yet."

A voice.

Deep.

Ancient.

Overwhelming.

Shivay's eyes sharpened instantly.

"Who's there?"

The darkness shifted.

It moved.

And from within it…

A massive figure emerged.

A being cloaked in shadows.

Its presence alone made the entire space tremble.

Its eyes…

Contained stars.

Galaxies.

Endless destruction.

Shivay stared at it.

Unfazed.

"…You're not human."

The entity smiled.

"Correct."

"Then what are you?"

A pause.

Then—

"I am… what they once called a God King."

Silence.

"…Sounds exaggerated," Shivay replied calmly.

For a second—

The entire void froze.

Then the entity… laughed.

A deep, echoing laugh.

"Interesting."

"You do not fear me."

Shivay tilted his head slightly.

"Should I?"

The entity's gaze sharpened.

"No."

"Because you…"

It stepped closer.

"Are my successor."

Silence filled the void.

Shivay looked at him.

Expression unchanged.

"…I'll pass."

A long pause.

Then—

The God King laughed again.

"You refuse… power?"

"Power that can rule worlds?"

Shivay replied instantly:

"Power without control destroys the user first."

The God King's smile widened.

"Exactly."

"That is why… you qualify."

Before Shivay could react—

The entire space trembled violently.

Energy surged.

"Wait—"

"Inheritance… initiated."

"Hey, I didn't—"

"This is not optional."

BOOOOOOOOM!!!

A catastrophic wave of energy slammed into Shivay.

His body froze.

Then—

It started breaking.

From the inside.

"AAARRRGHHHH!!!"

His veins lit up with blinding light.

Cracks of energy spread across his body.

Pain.

Unimaginable pain.

As if his existence was being rewritten.

Visions flooded his mind—

War.

Gods clashing.

Worlds collapsing.

And at the center of it all—

A throne.

And a man sitting on it.

Alone.

Above everything.

"Remember…"

The God King's voice echoed—

"You are not meant to follow…"

"You are meant to rule."

Real World…

Ambulance sirens screamed through the rain.

"Pulse dropping!"

"Get the stretcher ready!"

Shivay's body lay motionless.

Machines beeped rapidly.

"BP unstable!"

"We're losing him!"

The monitor flatlined—

BEEEEEEEEEEEEEP—

Then—

THUMP.

A single heartbeat.

The machine flickered.

"Wait—there's activity!"

Another beat.

THUMP.

Shivay's fingers twitched.

Doctors froze.

His eyes slowly opened.

For a brief second—

🔥 ⚡ 🌑 🌌

Multiple elements flashed within his pupils.

Then… gone.

"…Impossible…" one doctor whispered.

Shivay stared at the ceiling.

"…Strange."

"I'm alive."

But something inside him had changed.

Something… irreversible.

Outside the hospital—

A black luxury car stood silently.

Men in formal suits stood nearby.

Cold. Disciplined.

One of them spoke into a phone:

"Sir… the awakening has been confirmed."

A pause.

Then—

"So… it has finally begun."

"Yes, sir."

"Do we proceed?"

"No."

"Not yet."

"Let him grow."

"When the time comes…"

"We will bring our heir back."

The call ended.

The man looked toward the hospital.

And spoke softly—

"Welcome back… Shivay Raizada."

Inside the room—

Shivay lay still.

Eyes closed.

But he wasn't asleep.

Inside his mind—

The voice returned.

"This world…"

"Is too small for you."

A faint smile formed on his lips.

"…Then I'll change it."
