Synopsis
"Man, I just wanted to be a quiet little spiritual puppeteer and a low level spiritual planter… not the boss of a damn dungeon!” Liam Adhart woke up in a ruthless cultivation world with a single goal: stay out of trouble, build puppets to protect himself, and live under the radar. Instead? A mysterious Dungeon System binds to his soul. Floors start forming. Monsters appear. Treasures spawn. And cultivators, greedy, bloodthirsty, and powerful, come running. Liam didn’t ask for this. He’s not trying to rise to power. He’s not trying to challenge sects or shake the heavens. But with every trap he sets and every intruder he defeats, the dungeon grows stronger, and so does his legend. Now the world thinks he's some hidden ancient, a secret ruler behind the scenes. And no matter how much he tries to keep things quiet… the dungeon keeps making noise. Low-key? Not a chance. And honestly…? He might be starting to like the chaos. A hilarious, action-packed ride where cultivation meets dungeon-building, and one unlucky guy gets dragged to the top, one screaming floor at a time. [Ah yes, the host can use the monster strength at will for your own uses] "Even the world bosses?" [Precisely] "Neat! Hahahaha!"

Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: A slow start, or is it?

Blue cloud mist city.

It was early in the morning, the hazy mist in the air enveloped the whole city.

The streets were still empty at this moment, with the exception of the guards and the stall owners, the rest of the people were either sleeping or just waking up as of now.

It was foggy one must say, but the sense of tranquility that it brought was second to none.

This place was just an ordinary self developed city for cultivators in this dangerous world.

A safe abode from the danger that existed all around the continent.

There were many like this city, an example of humanity's resistance against the ever changing will of heaven.

There was a saying, humanity was never meant to exist, heaven despised us, as we were the race that knows no bounds!

The existence of the human race itself signifies the meaning of going against the law.

Plunder and killing, refining and ascending, it was anything but to go against the sky!

Then come the sky's punishment, the monsters wreck havoc all over the continent, hideous creatures emerged from the darkness to swallow us, and even excessive negative emotions could bred taboo demons if left unattended.

"Alas... " Sighed a young man.

It was a simple house with a medium size courtyard in the city.

His eyes peering towards the pond in the center, his legs dangling over the rock that he was sitting on, and he muttered with a self dejected look.

"It's hard to be a human in the past and even in the current one. The greatest hurdle of all humans, and that is how to live!"

"Making enough money just to live for the next day, trying not to starve and die on the street, and making sure not to stumble upon a taboo scene"

"Man, I just want to be a low level spiritual planter and puppeteer. But these arts require a lot of resources, I am going broke this way!"

He shook his head with a wry smile, the soft touch of the hazy mist slapping against his face, causing him to frown for a moment, but then he simply rubbed his face with a wave of his hand.

Jumped off the rock and strode closer towards the pond with a pondering look.

"Judging from my current situation, I should be that cliche to touche transmigrator protagonist of those novels, no?"

He rubbed his chin, thoughtful in his mind. "Then where is my cheat? Am I supposed to be ordinary just like the rest?"

"How long has it been, why has there been no signs of golden fingers whatsoever?"

"I can't believe it that I am destined to be ordinary in this extraordinary world!"

He complained a little, his foot pressing on the wild grasses on the ground, stomping it to death as he was mumbling away his dissatisfaction.

The name is Liam adhart, just a normal guy that found himself inexplicably transmigrated into a strange world into a dying body.

Though it was a miraculous feat on his own, being able to heal from such a dangerous disease that the original body had and somehow possessing and having to live in this world from then on.

After getting through the initial confusion and fear, he gradually accepted his identity and began studying the history of this world.

The more he learned, the more cautious he became whenever he went out of his house to purchase his basic needs.

This world isn't normal after all!

He thought it was just an ancient world without any fantasy-ish element inside it.

 Hell, he was wrong.

It is a cultivation world! A world where humans can ascend the path of immortality, to seek power and truth for eternal life.

And judging from the books that he had read, the ceiling combat power of this world might be higher than what it was on the surface.

But of course such a thing was too far away for the current him.

This body identity that he inherited wasn't that particularly awesome, just a standard start of a low level spiritual planter and a low level spiritual puppeteer.

Unaffiliated to any forces and he had been working in this industry for over 20 years already, which even for many cultivators, he could be considered a veteran in this city.

Don't look at his appearance of looking quite young.

In fact, his age was around 50 years old already, his appearance was kept younger was under the influence of those youth preserving pills that he had occasionally consumed.

He wasn't a rare case, there were many others that did the same as him.

After all, who wouldn't like to appear young and filled with vigor at an old age?

For the current Liam, he could just settle down and continue with the mundane life until the day he died.

Being a 6th layer Qi refining realm monk had allowed him to possess a lifespan over 150 years.

And the savings over the years were more than enough for him to live for the next decade without working too hard.

"Alas... It's hard to be a spiritual planter... " Liam mused to himself, overlooking the large field of plants to the right side of the courtyard next to the pond.

Over 100 1th tier spiritual grass, 50 1th medium grade of fire blade plants, and 30 1th high grade blue mist plants.

All dedicated for the use of pill making which was undoubtedly a large number of spiritual plants even for a first grade high level spiritual planter like him.

What was the original body thinking of raising so many spiritual plants on his own?

This is just too much, and whenever Elias tried to pry into the original body's memories regarding the purpose of these plants, something or some sorts of restrictions were blocking him from doing so.

And from that, "I am utterly boned, aren't I?"

Elias smiled cheerfully. After all, there was nothing else he could do in this situation.

It was obvious, the original body may or may not have stumbled into a very dangerous situation.

Elias could only smile to relieve the burden inside his heart as of now.

"No matter... I will just have to face it when the time comes, don't I?" That was the sole reason he was eager for a cheat.

Any cheat or golden finger is fine, as long as It would give him a slight chance to escape from this predicament.

Saying so, he spent the next few hours trying countless ways to awaken the so-called cheat.

Cursing too was in the book, titled Liam 101 ways of awakening the golden finger with the middle finger.

It had been a month of constant trials and errors, though there had always been errors all the time.

But he never gave up, he refused to believe that someone like him that had been brought to this world was destined to be ordinary and perished in the long river of time.

"I refused to believe it!" Liam grumbled, with his hand spread wide and his legs apart.

 What is this form?

He doesn't know nor does he care, as long as It is a method that he has never tried, he will try it.

"Arghhhh!!! Awaken sesame!" He yelled at the top of his lungs, his lips parted and closed, with his eyes peering towards the clouds over the horizon.

And what ensued after such a brilliant performance was nothing but an awkward silence in this courtyard.

He felt ashamed but it was a mandatory sacrifice to awaken the system, he assured himself.

However, after a couple of minutes of waiting for anything to happen, nothing seemed to happen. Just like the rest of the method that he had tried before...

"..."

Though at this moment, he was about to proceed with the next set of movements.

 Something incredible happened.

It was a strange floating blue panel before his eyes, materialising right before him, almost half translucent.

Wait, isn't this the generic powerful golden finger of a basic protagonist in those novels?

"Ah, shameless is the key eh?" Elias mumbled half absent mindedly. It was worth it after all.

Then he focused his eyes on the blue screen before him, curious on what this system ability could give him.

[Congratulations to the host for binding with the Dungeon creation system of the myriad world!]

"Huh"

Liam took a good awkward second to process this, his eyes blinking hard.

And whatever the line said on the panel, he refused to believe it right away.

"Wait, this is a cultivation world... It's not a fantasy world"

[Isn't that great! A fresh dungeon genre from the fantasy world being integrated into a cultivation world! Just imagine what kind of spark it would create between the two!]

"..." Liam paused for a moment, his gaze deadpan, looking listless towards the blue screen before him for a moment, and then...

He muttered. "Is this even doable?"

"I mean, I am not complaining at all... But this world's human worldview isn't the same as the magic and sword fantasy world's perspective" Liam commented.

[That was the whole point, host. It was to see the clashes of two genres and forcibly merge them into one!]

[Well, here's the manual method of using this system, bye!]

"What?" Liam panicked, and without being prepared.

He felt an extreme headache coming into his mind.

It was a surge of information, countless means and methods of utilizing the system to its full potential.

And that bastard of a system just injected the whole manual into his mind in one go. If he was a mortal right now, the head would've exploded already!

It didn't take long, an hour after Liam finally calmed down after the torrent of headaches just now.

Limping his way towards the pond, and washing his face.
