"Time is paused in the human realm on Earth right now." Time assured Phuture to ease her nerves, he continued. "If Valeur finds your son before me...he's good as dead and you know that. If he dies...it'll come straight to Death and she'll report it to you. If I find him alive I'll bring him here to Time Realm so he can meet you."
Phuture let out an overly relaxing exhale, she replied. "Thank the Gods, it was nice seeing the two of you but we should get going on."
Phuture finishing pulling in Death for a hug, keeping the thoughts of their future together in her mind. She just hoped nothing that happened in 1861 changed her future with beings like Death.
"Don't worry about Peace...I'll find him for you." Time spoke his final words before sending the duo back to their reality, unpausing the time on Earth.
The entire neighborhood of demons continued approaching them, but none of them expressed any worries or fear of losing. The confidence between the trio was enough to share with all universes.
Terrance's orange aura expanded as he powered up for battle, then he blitzed forward moving at lightning speed and beheading demons one by one.
Blood splattered and bodies dropped left and right, The Confederates attacked from all directions but ended with the same fate as their allies.
Chicago and Phuture stood aside in awe, the horroric sight of gore sickening to see as more demons were decapitated.
Blood stained Terrance's navy blue uniform from his collar down to his socks and shoes, but hundreds of demons continued lunging for him despite losing to one man. His spiritual pressure alone was enough to pin down most demons for an easy kill, but the stronger ones were able to attempt a punch before decapitation.
Richmond, Virginia was on the verge of being invaded by The Demon Corps ans Itaska. They were currently affective in several parts of Virginia, affectively taking up ground and killing supernatural monsters with no struggle for awhile.
Hayze, Gantaka, and Keanu were in Nottoway County, where nearly 75% of its population consisted of slaves. There was much more enslaves people than free human beings, until the trio from The Itaska arrived to set them free.
Just southwest of Richmond, The Itaska run of freeing slaves on the tobacco belt came to a hault when a powerful spiritual pressure arrived.
Richmond was under heavy fire, The Itaska and Terrance were killing valuable demons that were capable of helping them win the war. The American Army shouldn't be able to just walk into The Confederate capital, so the sense of urgency to assist against the invasion of Richmond was high.
A man that Hayze experienced an encounter with arrived as Confederate backup, a man wearing black hoodie and mask that covered his face to hide his identity.
The spiritual essence of The Hoodied Demon was exceptional and reminded Hayze of the divine duo's essence. Last time, The Hoodied Demon nearly killed him in just seconds. Although he expected the same this time, he wouldn't be able to stop the speed of attacks from the demon.
The Hoodied Demon punched through Gantaka's chest within seconds, cursings afterwards when Gantaka teleported away with no signs of issues.
"I missed the heart." The Hoodied Demon cursed. "Fuck."
Hayze, Gantaka, and Keanu called for help as ordered, but no one could arrive before the demon standing before them clapped his hands.
The trio of Itaska members were transported along into the demon's True Domain, trapped inside a world made of his energy until he was killed or decided to deactivate the domain.
"You escaped last time...now you're causing all this damn trouble." The Hoodied Demon shook his head while approaching The Itaska. "Why the hell are you in Richmond?"
The Hoodied Demon attacked The Itaska members with flames, using his fire nature technique against them as they split apart.
Hayze came straight down the middle towards the flames, seeking to keep The Hoodied Demon's focus occupied while the others circled around.
Gantaka was the fastest of The Itaska, he reached The Hoodied Demon in just a blink of an eye. Although Gantaka moved with inhuman speeds, The Demon was still swift enough to counter the incoming attack.
The Hoodied Demon grabbed Gantaka by the throat. "A vampire...you have a wretched vamp in your party!"
Hayze ignored the shocking news of his ally being a vampire, but it made sense with Gantaka being a new recruit as more supernatural creatures were popping up.
Keanu was the next to attempt an attack against the demon, arising with his energy blade in hand to free Gantaka.
Keanu wasn't nearly fast as Gantaka, but he beared a will for victory that pushed his spiritual essence to its limits.
Gantaka sliced off the demon's hand to free himself, he roared with his black energy as he attempted to decapitate the demon simultaneously with Keanu.
Hayze breathed steadily while his allies bought him a few seconds to concentrate on building his energy.
"Seneca Arts Technique." Hayze spoke as he activated an attack, his blue spiritual energy soaring as he reached his peak of prowess. "Hunters Aim!"
A barrage of arrows darted towards The Hoodied Demon, each arrow sparked of electricity as it came towards its target.
The demon smiled as the energy blades of Gantaka and Keanu neared his throat, eyeballing dozens of arrows coming towards him with an impressive amount of spiritual prowess.
The Hoodied Demon was fascinated.
The demon used teleportation to dodge the incoming blades and arrows, appearing behind Hayze and stabbing him in the back.
"You people are strong." The Hoodied Demon acknowledged his opponents. "Are you the ones who killed my brother?"
Hayze's shadow behind him began to convulse before he arose unexpectedly, swiftly slicing his blade across The Hoodied Demon's neck to slice off the head.
The Hoodied Demon jumped away just in time, but was met by the other two Itaska members after avoiding certain decapitation from Hayze. He was in the middle of healing his neck wound as he yelled out with an impulsive wave of energy, his red energy slashing the incoming attackers in the chest.
Gantaka and Keanu both dropped to the ground coughing up blood after being struck by the demon's energy wave.
Hayze rushed to Keanu's aid to remove him from battle, losing another soldier against The Hoodied Demon wasn't an option. He knew that Gantaka contained abnormal healing abilities, there was no need to worry about him long as his heart and brain remained in tact.
"The three of you are so strong..." The Hoodied Demon slowly walked towards them with his hands reached out. "Join us...we could use some boys like you long as ya didn't kill my brother."
Hayze placed his spiritual energy within the chest wound to slow Keanu's bleeding, who was finished for battling against the demon for the sake of his life.
"Any plans?" Gantaka questioned. "I'm damn sure not becoming a demon..."
Hayze shook his head and placed his hands together, he closed his eyes and begun to pray for the spiritual prowess of his ancestors and future descendants.
"All of my relatives will hear me...brothers, sisters, cousins, aunties, uncles, of all generations from all timelines!" Hayze shouted as his aura expanded. "They'll lend me the power to slay the beast."
