The next day, Kyle woke up early.
Ever since becoming a Ninja, he had gotten into the habit of exercising in the morning.
After all, if you wanted to be a Ninja, it wasn't enough to just have powerful Ninjutsu; physical techniques were also an essential part of training.
Even now that he had changed professions to become a Wizard, Kyle didn't plan on giving up his training.
Think about it, when others thought you were a long-range artillery mage, you suddenly pulled out a big sword and went in for a "For the Horde!", who would expect such a sudden change in fighting style?
Arriving in the Gryffindor common room, Kyle found that no one from Gryffindor had woken up yet.
He glanced at the sky outside the window. Oh, it wasn't even light yet.
After leaving the tower where the Gryffindor common room was located, Kyle encountered a previously unprecedented major problem.
How was he supposed to get downstairs?
Yesterday, he'd returned to the Gryffindor common room from the Great Hall with the other Gryffindor students.
But now, he was alone and needed to go down…
Kyle's gaze drifted towards the nearby window. It seemed he'd have to use the same method he'd employed yesterday when going to the Charms classroom.
Meanwhile, on the second floor of the castle, in Professor McGonagall's office.
As a diligent educator, Professor McGonagall always got up early.
This morning, she was already awake before dawn.
As she reached the window of her office, preparing to open it and breathe in the fresh morning air, a dark shadow suddenly plummeted past.
Was that a giant black rat?
Professor McGonagall paused for two seconds before reacting.
"Good heavens! A student has fallen!"
Professor McGonagall pulled out her wand, and a swirl of silver light flew from its tip, coalescing into the shape of a cat.
The cat-shaped Patronus sped through the castle, heading towards the Headmaster's office on the eighth floor.
Meanwhile, Professor McGonagall's expression was anxious as she rushed out of her office and ran towards the lawn outside the castle.
As for Kyle, the one who had fallen from Hogwarts, he had no idea what the first witness, Professor McGonagall, was doing.
After descending the castle's ancient walls to the first floor, he ran towards the Forbidden Forest in the distance.
Arriving at the edge of the Forbidden Forest, Kyle began his morning workout: 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and finally, a 10-kilometer run around Hogwarts Castle.
"Ninety-six..."
"Ninety-seven..."
"Ninety-eight..."
As Kyle was sweating profusely, the crimson sunrise dyed the eastern sky. The vast land, which had been immersed in the night, had unknowingly shed its black veil.
"Ninety-nine..."
"One hundred..."
Having completed one hundred sit-ups, Kyle sat up straight. Just as he was about to start the third exercise, the sound of footsteps crunching on fallen leaves entered his ears, piquing his curiosity.
After a few leaps, Kyle climbed into a nearby tree and watched the direction from which the footsteps were coming.
In the distance, a huge black figure was sneaking towards him.
Using the leaves to conceal himself, Kyle could see the approaching person clearly after they got closer.
It was a giant, over three meters tall, wearing a huge moleskin coat. His long black hair and beard were matted together, almost completely covering his face, making him look a bit frightening.
Kyle remembered seeing this person yesterday in the Great Hall during dinner.
The giant was carrying a large bag stained with suspicious bloodstains. He walked past the tree where Kyle was hiding and gradually entered the Forbidden Forest, completely unaware that someone had been perched in the tree he just passed.
Kyle was curious about what he was up to, so he followed.
Following behind the giant, Kyle jumped between the branches, trying his best not to make too much noise, and made his way into a certain part of the Forbidden Forest.
The giant seemed to sense something, halting in its tracks.
Suddenly, six points of light flickered in the dim forest.
No, they weren't ordinary lights. They were the eyes of a monstrous dog.
Kyle stared at the shadows in the distance, facing the eyes of the beast.
The dog was ridiculously large; even the three-meter-tall giant seemed insignificant before it.
It had three heads, three pairs of beady, ferocious eyes, and three drooling mouths. The saliva hung from its yellowed fangs like slimy ropes.
Damn, that dog is ugly, Kyle thought to himself.
The Three-Headed Dog let out a deafening roar and lunged at the giant.
"Earth Release! Earth Style Wall!"
An earth wall rose up in front of the giant, blocking the Three-Headed Dog's attack.
"What are you waiting for! Run!" Kyle, standing on a tree, shouted at the stunned giant below.
"No! Please don't hurt Fluffy!" The giant's voice sounded extremely anxious.
Kyle: Huh?
Hearing the giant's words, Kyle was a bit confused. He had already formed the hand seals and was about to unleash Earth Dragon Bullet, but he stopped.
A huge dog paw suddenly tore through the tree Kyle was standing on. Reacting quickly, Kyle jumped to another tree before the tree could fall.
"Fluffy! Stop!" The giant stood in front of the Three-Headed Dog, which was still trying to pursue.
"So, this Three-Headed Dog is your pet?" Two minutes later, Kyle squatted beside the newly lit campfire, asking the giant.
"Yeah, isn't it cute?"
Hearing the giant's words, Kyle glanced at the Three-Headed Dog beside him, which was ferociously tearing at a large bag of meat and bones. He didn't think it had anything to do with the word "cute".
"Are you a professor at Hogwarts?"
"No, no, I'm not a professor. I'm the gamekeeper and groundskeeper of Hogwarts, the Forbidden Forest patrolman. My name is Rubeus Hagrid. Are you the little boy Professor Dumbledore brought back yesterday?"
"Yes, my name is Kyle Dumbledore."
Hearing Kyle's last name, Hagrid suddenly stiffened.
"Um... Could you not tell Professor Dumbledore about me keeping the Three-Headed Dog?" Hagrid asked cautiously.
Kyle had a vague idea why the other party had made such a request.
So, he didn't agree right away, but instead asked, "Is it not allowed to keep a Three-Headed Dog?"
Hearing Kyle's question, Rubeus Hagrid nervously twisted his beard and said, "Actually... this is... uh..."
That settled it; Hagrid's reaction spoke volumes.
Kyle patted his knee. "If it's not allowed to keep a Three-Headed Dog, I think you should report it to Professor Dumbledore. I believe he'll let you keep it."
Seeing Hagrid was somewhat moved, Kyle continued to persuade him, "And with Dumbledore helping you handle things, you'll avoid a lot of potential trouble. You wouldn't want it to hurt any students in the castle, would you?"
Hagrid nodded and then scratched the back of his head, a little embarrassed. "Um, Kyle, could I trouble you to report this to Dumbledore for me?"
He didn't dare to speak to Dumbledore himself.
"Of course, no problem," Kyle replied readily, staring at the Three-Headed Dog next to him.
He'd thought the Three-Headed Dog was a bit ugly a moment ago, but now, the more he looked at it, the more he thought it was cool. If he could train it to be a ninja dog like Akamaru...
Kyle imagined the scene of him and Fluffy performing Fang Over Fang...
Forget it. This Three-Headed Dog should be left for Hagrid to play with.
Ugly, rejected. Disgusting.
