Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: Konoha Year 19

"You naturally evil Uchiha brat, I'll deal with you myself..."

"Are you kidding me? It's you Senju who are naturally evil!"

On the Ninja Academy training ground, the two launched attacks simultaneously while loudly shouting accusations at each other.

Sakagami Tomoya, who was watching from the sidelines, wiped the sweat from his forehead. What were these two little ancestors saying? Just listening to them made his scalp tingle!

He had originally thought that as one of the first teachers to join the Ninja Academy, his future would be smooth sailing, but after joining, Sakagami Tomoya realized he had been terribly wrong.

Now, he just hoped he could safely see these two little ancestors through to graduation.

One of them was named Uchiha Su, the future head of the Uchiha Clan, the largest noble family in Konoha, because his uncle was Uchiha Madara.

The other was named Tsunade, the Princess of Konoha, whom many liked to call Princess Tsunade. Her grandfather was the First Hokage of Konoha, Senju Hashirama, and her granduncle was the current Hokage, Senju Tobirama. She also had blood ties to the royal family of the Land of Fire.

"Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique!"

Uchiha Su put some distance between himself and Tsunade, quickly forming hand seals. A massive fireball erupted from his mouth, aimed directly at Tsunade.

Tsunade threw a Kunai and stomped her foot on the ground, sending gravel flying. The Kunai passed through the fireball, and at that very moment, Tsunade used the Body Replacement Technique to swap places with the Kunai, appearing instantly in front of Uchiha Su.

"Monster Strength!"

A look that could almost be described as ferocious appeared on Tsunade's pretty face. Chakra concentrated on her seemingly soft and delicate fist, which she then brought crashing down.

No one dared to underestimate this punch from Tsunade. Even Sakagami Tomoya, who was a Chunin, would likely be unable to get back up if he took this punch. No one knew where this Konoha Princess got such monster strength; perhaps it was inherited from the First Hokage.

The delicate fist stopped right in front of Uchiha Su's cheek, the intense wind pressure from the punch causing his hair to whip around wildly.

"As expected, Tsunade, I'm still no match for you."

Uchiha Su shrugged and said.

"Right now, no one in the entire Ninja Academy is my match!" Tsunade retracted her fist and laughed, "So, you don't need to feel like you're bad!"

"That's too one-sided, Tsunade. At least I think Sakumo Hatake is no less than you."

Uchiha Su glanced at Sakumo Hatake, who was watching from afar, and said.

"That white-haired guy does have some skills; their Hatake family's swordsmanship is decent, but that's all it is—just decent."

Tsunade glanced at Sakumo Hatake, her tone confident.

Afterward, the two left the training ground and went to the edge, waiting there for the others to continue their matches.

After today's practical combat test, the students of this year would go their separate ways, being divided into various squads to become official Genin.

Uchiha Su stroked his chin, his eyes flashing with a thoughtful expression.

He felt that the way he had opened "Naruto" was a bit off. It was currently Konoha Year 19, just one year away from the First Ninja World War...

That wasn't a problem; he had just transmigrated to before the First Ninja World War, which meant he was in the same cohort as the Sannin, the White Fang of Konoha, Might Duy, and others.

But here was the crux of the problem...

It was currently Konoha Year 19, and Uchiha Madara and Senju Hashirama were still alive and well. The Battle of the Valley of the End had not broken out, the entire Ninja World was calm, and there wasn't even any minor friction between nations.

Because Konoha was currently at an unprecedented peak, and the two big shots who had ended the chaotic Sengoku era were both living well in Konoha; no one was suicidal enough to ignite the flames of war.

"So, does this mean I've come to a Naruto in a different timeline?"

Uchiha Su couldn't help but complain internally: "In this timeline, are the Uchiha and Senju one big happy family?"

"But it's not just that. Madara has already been appointed as the captain of the Konoha Military Police Force by the Second Hokage, Senju Tobirama. Coupled with the clan's typical temperament, this approach has gradually caused the Uchiha to be met with hostility and fear within the Village..."

Thinking this, Uchiha Su felt more and more like his brain was being stirred like paste.

Where exactly had things gone wrong?

Uchiha Su felt he didn't quite understand.

"What are you thinking about? Thinking so intently?" Tsunade reached out and waved her hand in front of Uchiha Su's eyes, asking.

"Nothing, I'm just wondering if we'll be assigned to the same squad when we graduate in a few days."

Uchiha Su looked at Tsunade and smiled.

"Oh? Do you want to be assigned to the same squad as me?"

Tsunade lowered her head, watching the ants moving on the ground, and said.

"Of course. We've been together since we were kids and were in the same class at the Ninja Academy; naturally, it would be best if we were assigned together after graduation."

Uchiha Su said casually.

He was still pondering this bizarre timeline and his system, which hadn't had any function since it was activated...

Apart from being able to view his own status panel, Uchiha Su couldn't find any other use for his system. Was such a system qualified? Obviously not; it was simply a disgrace to systems.

"I'll ask my granduncle tonight when I go back. He'll definitely make sure we get assigned to the same squad so we can see each other every day..."

As Tsunade spoke, she noticed that Uchiha Su's eyes had glazed over again, as if he had fallen into some kind of deep thought.

"Bang!"

With a loud bang, Uchiha Su flew backward, slamming heavily into a tree stump, then slid down smoothly and landed heavily on the ground.

"Tsunade, are you crazy?"

Uchiha Su felt as if he had been slammed by a heavy truck; his abdomen hurt uncontrollably. However, Tsunade must have held back, otherwise, at least a few of his ribs would have been broken.

Tsunade ignored Uchiha Su and stormed off.

Facing Tsunade's misconduct, Sakagami Tomoya could only pretend not to see it, though his tone became much harsher when instructing other students in their sparring.

"Su-kun, do you need some medicine? I have some ointment for external injuries here that I developed myself."

A boy with smooth hair, wearing a plain white kimono and possessing a feminine appearance, came up to Uchiha Su. His name was Orochimaru, who was also a top-tier genius in this class.

"Orochimaru, it's a good thing you're here. If not for you, I wouldn't know what to do!"

Uchiha Su struggled to his feet, came to Orochimaru's side, grabbed his shoulder, and said, "Hurry and apply it for me. Tsunade's strength really isn't human; I seriously suspect that if she punched with her full power, I'd be hospitalized for half a month."

"Tsunade's monster strength is indeed unusual. Is this a trait of the Senju Clan?"

Orochimaru stroked his chin and said thoughtfully.
