Kai's POV
'Let's talk.'
I sent that message with an address before I looked at Kei again. She's sleeping on her bed. I had to carry her here because she lost consciousness and even in her sleep, she was calling him.
"Zane…" she sobbed, tears rolled down her face. "I-I can't live without…you."
I swallowed hard as I inhaled sharply. It was hard to breathe knowing that my only sister is suffering because of me. I couldn't…I couldn't accept it.
After staring at Kei for a while, I pulled myself up and went out again. I didn't bother changing my clothes. I just left, ignoring my bodyguard who tried to stop me from leaving. I heard him mentioning my father, but I deliberately ignored him.
My hands were tight around the steering wheel as my jaws constantly clenched.
Zane is waiting for me in the office. That's the only safe place I could think about to talk to him.
