Chapter 1: The First Betrayal
Everyone in Neo City trusted Raze.
He laughed with them. Trained with them. Promised to fight beside them.But Raze didn't believe in "beside."He only believed in ahead.
The group stood on the rooftop as sirens wailed below. Smoke curled into the night sky. Their mission was simple: stop the armored drones attacking the power station.
"Together," said Mira, tightening her gloves. "Like always."
Raze smirked. "Of course."
They jumped.
Lasers fired from the drones. Sparks flew. The team fought hard—until the ground beneath them exploded.
Raze had hacked the building's supports.
Mira screamed as she fell. Jax barely grabbed her arm. The others were trapped under rubble.
Raze landed safely on another roof.
"Sorry, friends," he muttered. "Power only belongs to those who take it."
That's when the sky cracked with light.
A blue-and-gold blur streaked across the air like lightning itself.
Kelvinpro had arrived.
He caught Mira mid-fall and placed her gently on the ground. His suit glowed with electric energy, pulsing like a heartbeat.
"Everyone okay?" Kelvinpro asked.
Jax coughed. "Raze… did this."
Kelvinpro's jaw tightened. "Again?"
Raze laughed from the rooftop. "You're too late, hero. I already won."
Kelvinpro raised his hand. Electricity snapped through the air."No," he said calmly. "You ran."
With a thunderous boom, Kelvinpro launched himself upward.
Raze turned to escape—but a wall of light blocked him.
For the first time… Raze looked afraid.
